I agree. It’s the parents fault. They present the entire story as if a 9 year old is fully responsible for any crazy thing she says or does, or that she argued with the church. She didn’t. The parents did. And she still hadn’t gone to the Communion because the parents preferred to argue with the local church rather than convince their kid to wear a dress once. And they say the kid “shaved her own head because she thinks she’s a Jedi”. I am like really, is she raising herself or what?
