These Nigerian brothers who keep insisting Jussie paid them . . . need to be arrested. Pronto!

We can’t have them going aroung making “false” charges against Jussie like that.

And if they DID beat Jussie, then assault and battery along with hate crimes would be a good start for jailing them. And WHO could have HIRED them to carry out this beating?

We KNOW it couldn’t be Jussie (because he maintains his innocence and the Government attorney just ignored, er, I mean dismissed a multitude of felonies against Jussie so we KNOW Jussie is “all good”).

See the Nigerian brothers at 26 seconds into the video here . . . .

Yeah, right? At least let’s see some investigative reporting on this.

At least let’s see some investigative reporting on this.
I’d like to see that happen too.

(Back to sacrasm now)

WHY seem to STOP the investigation now??

After all . . .

Jussie maintains his innocence and we have two MAGA cap wearing white supremicists running around Chicago causing who knows how much havoc!

(Don’t we BELIEVE Jussie?)

Why aren’t the Cook County prosecutors going on CNN to tell us anything new? Maybe the investigation has reached the secret stage?

Or maybe they’ve stopped??!!

We’ve got to re-start that investigation.

Pull detectives off of more unsolved murder cases . . . .

. . . Hit the streets and get out there and find these Trump supporting MAGA cap wearing bad guys toot sweet!

Let’s channel MORE resources this way and get these guys.

After all. Jussie maintains his innocence.

Rahm now blaming President Trump (who was victimized by Smollett) for the “environment” that “Donald Trump created” apparently causing or helping Jussie to attempt to pull this stunt.

(Another liberal round of “blame the victim”.)

See it at about 45 seconds into the video here . . . .

Is it a crime to pay someone to strike you?
Didn’t you read? He maintains his story.

His story was that the money was for workout consulting (personal trainer pay).

Arrest 'em!

(If there is something to arrest them for.)

Or whoever is responsible for this.

Right ThinkingSapien? You DO want justice against these MAGA Cap wearing marauders don’t you?

And if it was not the Nigerians, we need to put out an APB, and get these supremicists off of our streets. Immediately!

Maybe it was Trump and Putin who concocted this scheme to discredit Jussie.

Maybe CNN and Brian Stelter could have a special presentation looking into it.

After all, Trump condemning this in any form is really merely a dog whistle for all those white supremicists out there giving them a big high five.

Right?

.

Obviously I am speaking rhetorically here.

The Cook County prosecutors and Jussie blew it. Everybody knows it.

And some of this is criminal. At least in my opinion.

Rahm suffers being deranged when it comes to Trump.
The blame Trump fan club grows.

Doesn’t answer my question.
That’s because your “question” is irrelevant.

Jussie has never been “charged” with paying someone to beat him.

Replace Smollett with Trump. It is still a true statement.
Except Trump wasn’t formally charged with anything, nor is there any substantial evidence of wrongdoing. Therefore, there is nothing for Trump to be exonerated from.

Barr summarizes Mueller’s conclusion: No evidence of collusion nor obstruction.

The evidence for Smollett’s guilt is mountainous.

If you threaten or bribe or otherwise tamper with a juror hearing your case, you are clearly guilty of obstruction whether or not you were guilty of the crime for which you are being tried.
And Mueller threatening and pressuring all kinds of witnesses with process crimes is far more obstructing and tampering with judicial proceedings than anything Trump could even dream of.

Again, another special counsel ought to be called to look into Russiagate, because clearly there is one standard of justice for the progressive left Democrats and another completely different one for conservatives.

evidence was clearly available of wrong doing but didn’t feel it should be pursued as a prosecution.
Given the open question on obstruction in the Mueller report - as we know it so far - the came could be same appears to be true on this case. Moreover, at the level of “wrong doing” this idea probably also applies to collusion.

As George Conway put it:
(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)
What about innocent until evidence of guilt, rather than the presumption of guilt so that no Stone (pun intended) is left unturned or unpunished until the “evidence” is produced, composed or manufactured?

Perhaps any president should not have to begin his term, and spend much of it, having to defend himself against unreasonable and unproved allegations of criminal conduct, regardless of what George Conway thinks?

That’s part of a rule for some legal processes. When it comes to public opinion though the speculation that someone may have done something is itself condemning. That’s not an endorsement of such condemnation, but recognition of it.

He maintains his story.

(He says he DIDN’T pay someone to beat him.)
His story wasn’t evaluated as true by law enforcement. If they are operating under the belief that there request to receive a beating it doesn’t look like there is any crime to be charged against the brothers. There would need to be a crime before elevating the charges to a hate crime as you suggested earlier.

Muller’s “threats” are against people who lie to investigators. That is justice, not obstruction.

Was Jussie REALLY beat up etc. under the circumstances he said?

Here is what ThinkingSapien has to say . . .

Draw your own conclusions on how ThinkingSapien is thinking here.
