Telling doctors to, " LOOK INTO IT."
Is that a suggestion or a question.
Because if we cannot be honest about that, then, all the stuff you said.
And
He is the leader in the worst pandemic in our lifetime.
Suggesting that doctors look into whether injecting disinfectant or putting light into people might be a cure for Covid, is scary. He made that request on national TV from the bully pulpit.
50k are dead! More in 8 weeks that in Viet Nam in over a decade.
It is insulting to suggest something wrong with people for being alarmed and worried.
Fair to the nation of people sick and dying seems where empathy lies. He can always go back and live in his castle. Those 50k who are family and friends aren’t coming back.

President Trump didn’t “suggest” anything
He didn’t suggest people run out and try it, but he clearly suggested that his team should look into it.
" that hasn’t been checked but you’re gonna test it." is not a question.
It’s an attempt to make the man look stupid. He’s not a stupid man. And shame on all of us who would suggest that he is. None of us are stupid, but all of us make errors in our communications with others.
People think Romney’s “Binders full of women” comment was an articulation mistake that lost him the election. Trump is playing in a whole other ballpark when he suggested his team should investigate light and disinfectants.

In terms of asking doctors to waste their time looking into it as a cure. 50k is the death count and it is rising.

When he is the leader and bully pulpit in the biggest pandemic in a century

“I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside, or almost a cleaning?
Sounds like a question.
Even has a question mark at the end to let the reader know it is a question.

How exactly is a question implying to anyone that they should actually inject chemicals into their bodies?

President Trump didn’t “suggest” anything. He asked questions for goodness sake. If we can’t be honest about this simple fact, we are doing a disservice to open discourse on a Catholic forum. A question isn’t a suggestion.
Yes but ht might as well have asked scientists to explore sending an astronaut to the heart of the sun. His question about disinfectants was nearly as nonsensical.

Bad Choice of words on Trump part but nothing more. Who would have thought mold could be an antibiotic?

By the way, taking a bath with some chlorine might be harsh on the skin. And not medically useful.

But it’s similar to sitting in a hot tub with chlorine. Or swimming in a chlorinated pool.

Pool Chlorine Strength Compared to Household Bleach

Pool chlorine and household bleach both contain hypochlorite ion, which is the chemical agent responsible for their “bleaching” action. Pool chlorine, however, is substantially stronger than household bleach
These chemical are tested on human skin over and over.

Press conference is currently on live if anyone is really interested in what is being said first hand. Today it is the Food and Drug administrator speaking.

I think Trump is a terrible politician, and has led a scandalous and sometimes even disturbing (from a Catholic standpoint) public life. I think what he said here regarding disinfectants was very stupid. I also think his administration has done truly wonderful and praiseworthy things in regards to abortion. This is not the first time I have expressed this sentiment on this board.

He suggested that doctors present should look into disinfectant injections and uv light in the body( somehow?)
Then today he called his asking the medical experts sarcastic. Which is not true.

Trump was not going to be held accountable in Georgia for what’s coming. OTHERWIZE what choice is there.

Thanks for the translation. Apparently “injection” doesn’t mean “injection”.

For all you naysayers out there, there is actually a company here in Colorado who is in fact working on UV light process through the trachea that has shown promising results .Try to keep up with our president. He is ahead of the curve.👍😁
