By now many of us know, there is none.

There are absolutely no studies that suggest masks are an effective safeguard regarding corona virus in society with respect to randomized prospective studies.

None.

And all the deflection in the world is not going to make these studies appear.

The hyper-literalists are the leftists (i.e. in California) who not only will fine you if you are without your social distancing with close friends (like Fauci was), but if you even go outside with no mask on ALONE (!) or you congregate in groups even with “close friends” the leftist Government will suggest you call the police.

Citizens are being asked to become the “snitch patrol”.

New York has set up a citizen snitch-on-your-fellow-citizen snitch hot line to report them to the Government for possible police action even.

I don’t have a problem with Dr. Fauci not wearing a mask.

But what I DO have a problem is Dr.Fauci insisting that EVERYBODY ELSE wear a mask, when he himself doesn’t appear to think it’s necessary.

He does not propose any rule that he himself does not also follow. The picture of him at the baseball game is a good example of an outdoor venue where masks are not required for anyone.

A quote like this without the larger context? I am absolutely sure Dr. Fauci would did not mean that everyone should wear masks all the time. But of course the Washington Times, which is not known for objective reporting, would not want to give you the full context because that would undercut their efforts at undermining trust in our public institutions. Good going, W.T.!

No, that’s not my job. I can recognize that the context is incomplete without having access to the context, because it is absolutely nonsense that the direction of the NIH would say that masks should be worn all the time without exception. The only reason for the deception that I can figure is an intense desire to discredit Dr. Fauci because the truths he continues to tell are an embarrassment to those who like to push conspiracy theories. They like nothing better than to claim that there are no authorities that can be trusted, and love to undermine public trust on our institutions.
 
Dr. Fauci explained he took his mask down to drink.

No other people are near him besides the two in the photo. Games are being played in empty stadiums.

Someone with a camera got his picture and the “gotcha” game begins.

We supplied the quotes to back our understanding. And the quotes do appear to indicate he wants a mask on people at all times.

If you really believe it incorrect, you will need to find something besides your own beliefs to back it up.
If you think the context is wrong, you will need something besides your opinion to show it
