Not the cat, just the fur combed out. What you need is multi colored cats, and you can make socks with designs on them.

In case you all were curious, this is the doctor’s office I frequent.

Before using a comb of any kind, they need some detangling conditioner. Probably the kind you leave in.

Now, HERE’S a question:

I KNOW what the “Midwest” is – I live in it. Indiana, Chicago, Iowa, St. Louis, Minneapolis/St. Paul – THOSE are “Midwestern” places. Lots of fertile land, farms, and people who aren’t afraid to lend a hand when needed.

Given that the center (or “centre” if you like messing up your spell-checker) of Australia is literally a barren wasteland, aka “Outback” (and no, I’m not talking about faux-Aussie steakhouses), what on Earth constitutes “Midwest” in Australia?

we dont have rivers anywhere near the size of yours. ours are creeks in comparison. so we dont have the water availability. our soils are pretty stuffed too. they are old and either oxidised or packed with salinity. so fertile land here is sparse and related to volcanic soil.

we do have the mateship creed, help your mates. over this past weekend the burrumbuttock hay runners ran lots of semitrailers full of hay into drought areas. all donated.

i have spent a bit of time in the outback , its a beautiful amazing place. very easy to get lost in though. you can graze it , saltbush is a great feed and brings a premium meat price. but you might graze 1 sheep to 10 acres.

my fav place is Arkaroola, a station established by an Antarctic explorer. His son runs it now.

Ah yes, coffee. I was wondering what that strange chemical soup was that gave birth to me and I crawled out of. 🤔

Somebody kept shouting “It’s alive! It’s alive!” and then ran away in fear.

Anyway, now that I am here, would anybody like some pancakes?

Let’s examine the etymology of curmudgeon, or cur-mud-geon:
cur: an aggressive dog or mongrel, or in our case, a contemptible person.
mud: a gooey mix of earth and water, like bad coffee.
geon: from the root word bludgeon.

Yes, bring on the pancakes 😠🥞

And I’ve just finished my breakfast 😠

We need to coordinate and get on UCT, or Universal Curmudgeon Time.

The Board of Curmudgeon Elders is working on it.

Don’t rush us.

This is bigger than just another Curmudgeon thread.

😡😡😡

You mean 6:00 in the morning at all times. So everyone feels grumpy from waking up.
