Cursing between Muslims & Christians in Quran.

but Christians are not my Lord or God . So , why can’t I challenge them ?

Some Christians love to bash the last Prophet but when we ask them ok , if he is not the real one , invoke curse of God , then they say , it’s from Satan huh.

Us Christians dont bash mohammed. If we did, we would use nasty words that werent true. Remember how I asked you if what we say is untrue defend him, but you never do, you just refer to the OT ( a whole different era) to compare Mohammed with other prophets. When we say he fell in love with a 6 year old even though he was over 50 we have every right to call him a pervert. When he had sex slaves, we have every right to call him a pedophile. When he torturted and forced Islam on others, we have every right to call him a maniac. That is not “bashing” anybody, we are just telling the truth. If we are “lying” then it is your duty to correct us and show us our faults. But you never do that.

I have no problem saying mohammed is a FALSE prophet. But I am never, and I mean never going to put a curse upon me. The Son of the living God was tempted by satin Himself, and Jesus Christ Himself didn`t put God to the test, so why should His deciples (us) ???

I can`t believe this is actually prohibited in the koran

ummm I don’t think we have to wait till one group gets the curse. It’s enough for us to say like that If I am telling lies , may curse of God be upon me , my family members etc.

No brother , I am not asking to curse each other . I am asking God to punish me if I am a liar , If I am intentionally spreading lies & hatred. I have no doubt that Jesus (p) is not God . So , I have no problem in saying that it’s the Truth . If it’s a lie then may curse of God be upon me & my family members. Frankly, this is starting to look like a childish game. After reading this thread all I see is ‘curse me, curse my family’ and ‘bless you, bless your family’. So, one party curses, and the other blesses? Sounds rather repetative!
We need to be respectful to one another’s beliefs here. Just as strongly as I believe in Christ, I understand Muslim Women believes in Allah just as strongly. It is through kind hearted arguements we should discuss these things, not through cursing and blessing.

You are not only asking punishment on yourself, you are also asking it on your family.

Did you ever notice that Christianity’s respected Prophets are also Islam’s prophets???

Gosh, with 24000 or 124000 (I’ve lost count and don’t really care), a muslim cannot “bash” anyone’s beloved prophet, because they are probably an islamic prophet as well.

Each one of them believes in God, His angels, His books, and His Messengers.

Except that they did not condone sin. They did not justify sin, made excuse for it nor taught it is alright to sin. When they sinned they admitted it and repented.

No my sister in Allah, you **dont ** know if you are right. First of all, EVERYBODY on this thread bases their belief on faith, then comes logic. You can not say youre right, first of all, you cant even give proper evidence that Islam existed before Mohammed (people have already asked you to do so), and you can not provide proof that the Holy Bible ask been corrupted (people asked you for this too). But the fact of the matter is, even us Christians who know for a FACT that Christianity has never been corupted nor has the bible, we also know for a FACT that Islam didnt exist until Mohammed popped up in the pictures, but yet we can NEVER say that we ** know ** our faith is the right one, because in that case we would be like angels, one sin against our faith would get us doomed forever like lucifer.

Also, asking God to punish yourself if you are indeed wrong is putting a curse on yourself. I cant believe the Koran prohibs things like that:eek: I hope God will have mercy on you, and please for your sake repent to God you did such thing. If you dont you will never have the chance to see if Jesus Christ if God or not, you will only have other muslims tell you. So please ask for forgivness and make sure you never ask anybody to do this again, and don`t do it to yourself neither sister.

It’s the God Almighty who sent Angel Gabrial / Jibril (p) to Prophet
Muhammed (p) & asked him to do so on the divinity of Jesus (p).

After receiving the verse , Prophet went to an open field with his daughter , son-in-law , grandsons .

Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. (Romans 12:14)

Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. (Luke 6:27-28)

Don’t worry, you will get what you are asking for! I assure you of that…

Where did you read that Jesus is not God? In the Quran? You do not even accept the fact that your Allah is a WE, meaning not a single person! How much more can you know about Jesus? It is impossible that you teach something about Jesus when you know nothing about Him!

What is offensive to you may be not offensive to them. And vise versa. When you, a Muslim, teach the Christians that Jesus is not God, that is offensive to the Christians. But to you it maybe simply not offensive. When others would say that Mahammad simply concocted passages of the Quran, it may be offensive to you but not to them.

The point is: We should better stick to our individual faith and not run amock against the faith of others, specially if your argument or proof of what you teach is simply your prayer for a curse upon you and your family.

Muslim Woman, read the verses i quoted, they are Jesus’ teachings and am sure you do not believe they are corrupt so for once, take our advice and understand Jesus’ teachings, and refrain from what Muhammad said because it is evil, and you won’t realize it until you read the true teachings.

I say, mohammet is not a prophet of YHWH, nor did mohammet receive any revelations from YHWH, nor did the Angel Gabriel appear to mohammet at any time.

I say, mohammet created the qur’an from his own mind and that of at least one other. His first wife’s uncle wrote the earlier qur’an (the peaceful one), which mohammet took as his own (possibly with permission).

I say, allah is not the Almighty God, YHWH.

I say this as a warrior for our Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of the Father. YHWH is the Almighty God.
