All extremists are not terrorists. That is the reason they changed the wording…,to soften it and make it sound like terrorists weren’t involved. It is the very point being made. I guess it flew right over your head. 🤷

Indeed.

Going by the rules of probability (Bayes’ Theorem), the first hit on the World’s Trade Center might have been by extemists, the second hit definitely by terrorists.

Have to read Nate Silver’s book, I guess.

Come now, Kurtz. Just b/c the Tsarnaev family received hundreds of thousands of dollars in outrageous welfare payments does not mean that I think that Obama personally paid the bomber brothers. Everyone knows that I specifically meant that Obama is pals with terrorists Ayers and Dohrn, related to the Tsarnaevs but in spirit. You knew that though, didn’t you? 😉 Rob

I’m relatively certain that Obama defenders would have cried foul, if the tables were turned…

Imagine if you will - Bush is in office. There is an uprising of extremists due to an offensive video, and bombs go off at an embassy. Even though all indications are that it wasn’t a planned event by a terrorist group, Bush and his Secretary of State hit the airwaves and blame it on terrorists…

“Extremist,” “terrorist,” what’s the difference right?

Heck yeah! Considering returning servicemembers and Christians were considered potential “extremists” it hardly has the same cache as terrorist.

Oh and silly me, any thought to referring to the religon of “peace” that terrorists ALL HAVE IN COMMON ?

Hey, 3 scandals swirling around an administration that stands for some pretty sour things by many Americans. I think some people are bitter. And I’m honestly sorry about that.

It’s hard to see a real recovery here, at least Nixon went to China and Russia and those are looked at as great successes historically.
