Dear God. Please bring Fr. Jim to me by phone so he can see Joe at the hospital. I think Joe feels he has unfinished business in that he has been so sick he has not joined a catholic church there yet. Please, God, bring Fr. Jim to his rescue to bring Joe peace. The drs. want to put Joe on a morphine drip now and Joe is crying all day long. The nurses told the family they feel so saddened for him because they hear him crying. Please God come to his rescue and let him feel the warmth of your love and the gift of the Holy Spirit. Please help him not to be afraid…Please God, I am begging for your help. In the name of the father, son and holy spirit…amen
Hear our prayer O Lord. Incline Thine ear to us and grant us Thy peace. We ask this in Jesus’ name,

Amen

Diane …
We ( Me and My family, wife and 2 daughters) have just finished a Rosary for you.
You will still in our prayers for the coming days.
Warmly Tarek

Diane, for your Mom, for you and all yours and Joe’s needs

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Diane, please be comforted by the words of Christ:

Matthew 9 Jesus stepped into a boat, crossed over and came to his own town. Some men brought to him a paralytic, lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.” At this, some of the teachers of the law said to themselves, “This fellow is blaspheming!” Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said, “Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts? Which is easier: to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’? But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins…” Then he said to the paralytic, “Get up, take your mat and go home.” And the man got up and went home.

By the faith of his friends, the man was healed. And by the faith of others,we can also be healed. But God’s will is impossible for us to know. Whether the healing is physical or spiritual remains to be seen, but healing will occur according to prayer.

Merciful Father, we come before you in faith and love, praising and blessing Your name for the goodness which we have received. See the thankfulness in our hearts, for we exist because of Your Divine love. Lord, Diane and Joe have been tested mightily this past year. As the farmer waits after sowing, so You wait for our response to Your will. Hear our petitions, O Lord, as we also await the next revelation. We seek that Joe’s relationship with You is restored, bringing all of the blessings that accompany it. We seek strength for both of them, so that they will bear up in love throughout this entire ordeal. We ask this through our risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen! Alleluia!
Amen.

May I recommend Fr Benedict Groeschel’s new book “Tears of God”;it says in the Ignattius Press catalog that he wrote this book for all those who have suffered great sorrow or catastrophe in their lives…
It certainly seems worth a try considering these circumstances
God bless

Joe’s brother called me about 2 hrs ago and said the dr. called him and told him Joe died this morning. The dr. didn’t have the decency to call me. The dr. told the family that gemzar was the only drug solution used in chemo for pancreatic cancer. 4-1/2 weeks ago the cancer was contained to the pancreas and was breaking up. no spreading. The dr. told joe and his “family” (excluding me) that the gemzar was “killing Joe” and so he took him totally off every form of chemo and just let him die. Yesterday the dr. told “the family” there was nothing else that could be done. I know there are 4 solutions that can be given to patients that cannot tolerate the gemzar yet this dr. did not opt for ANYTHING…iinstead he just let him die. I called the hospital and told him it was urgent that Joe be given last rights. The “hospital told me” that it was up to his “family” to make that decision. I am absolutely going crazy insane. I can’t talk, think and am crying so hard my blood pressure and head feel like they are going to pop open. Yesterday Joe told me he loved me and was planning to see me in a few days. I AM FURIOUS and I Am so mad and angry at the Dr. and at God for letting this Dr. treat patients. Please OPlease I BEG YOU TO PRAY FOR JOE’ S SOUL. PLEASE PRAY fervently. If his son makes the decisions…there will be no “last rights”…i do not know what to do. PLEASE PRAY PLEASE PRAY PLEASSE PRAYl. Diane

Merciful Father, look with great compassion upon Joe, who stands before You. Graciously reveal Your mercy to him in judgment. Lord, You alone know the state of his heart when he was called. Allow us to take comfort in Your mercy, as mercy has been shown us throughout our lives. Join our prayers with those of Your Angels and Saints to form an unending petition for mercy upon Joe, upon Diane, upon her mother, and upon Joe’s entire family. May Your love support them in this, their time of sorrow. May the promise of the Risen Christ be foremost in their thoughts and actions in these days which follow. We ask this through the same Christ Jesus, Your only Son, Who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

I’m so sorry Diane to hear this sad news of Joe. I will pray the chaplet to the Divine Mercy for Joe and I will keep your intentions in my rosary prayers tonight.

Eternal rest grant unto Joe, O Lord. And let Your Perpetual Light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.
Amen

Yes Diane … Joe is dead now … He’s facing our mercyful God … Let’s pray for him.
We have to continue our fight in this life.
May God’s Love support you dear.

Hail Mary,
full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,

Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,

Diane, with all your prayers, with everyone’s please don’t worry about Joe’s soul. I am sure God’s mercy is with his soul. Joe may not have been fully responsible for some of his attitude and acts, and the fact that Joe said he loves you shows that God’s grace had entered his spirit…for so long Joe had been denying you love.

But I pray that now Joe is praying for you who need so much help and support. Through God, Joe now knows all you’ve been through, and what you’re going through now.
I thank God that Joe finally said he loved you. That is something you needed so much to hear. It’s not able to comfort you much now but you have it to remember for the rest of your life that with your own ears you heard Joe say, “I love you” and that he wanted to see you. In all the insane grief, you have that pure treasure.

I wish the doctor had allowed you time if he could, but he knew Joe’s condition was fatal and it was just a matter of time, and I guess he thought it was cruel to do anything to prolong his agony further. You didn’t come into his equation, nor would he have been aware of the conversation between you. He would have heard plenty of Joe’s anger. From his point of view other medication might have cruelly prolonged Joe’s misery. Even Christian doctors are not obliged to treat when someone is dying, but only obliged to keep the person comfortable and do nothing to actively harmful.

God please touch Joe’s family not to be ungenerous to Diane now.

Have you any friends or family near you aside from your also exhausted mother? Your friends out here are very concerned for you.
Jesus and Mother please be with Diane, stay with her and help her and comfort her.

Diane,
sorry to read about joe
i will remember you all in my prayers

Dear Diane,
You are still in my prays. Give your sorrow and share it with our Lords Sorrow.

Anima Christi

Soul of Christ, santify me!
Body of Christ, save me!
Blood of Christ, refresh me!
Water from the side of Christ, wash me!
Passion of Christ, strengthen me !
O good jesus, hear me!
With thy wounds hide me!
Suffer me not to be separated from Thee!
From the malicious enemy defend me!
In the hour of my death, call me!
And bid me come to Thee,
That with thy saints I may praise Thee
For ever and ever,
Amen

Dear Diane,

I am so sorry for your loss. I will pray for the repose of Joes soul and will pray you will feel our Lords love for you during this difficult time. God loves you just as he loves Joe. Please trust in God`s mercy and forgiveness.

I will keep you in my prayers Diane. I am so sorry you were not able to see Joe in person before he died. Your prayers are, and were, the best gift you could give him. And thanks to you, all of us here are praying for Joe as well.

Sincerely,

Maria1212

Loving God,

We thank you for your many blessings in our lives and today we thank you for the clarity in Joe’s mind as he expressed his love for Diane. We lift up our intentions on behalf of the repose of Joe’s soul. We hope and pray, dear Lord, that our Lord Jesus will meet Joe and bring him to the special place he has prepared for him in His Father’s house, as He told us He would do for each of us. O Lord, please have mercy on Joe and bring him to the fullness of life in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Lord, we also lift up our intentions for our sister Diane who has suffered greatly, and we hope your mercy and consoling Holy Spirit will be with her as she grieves for her husband and for the great difficulties in their final days and weeks together. Please grant Diane a strong faith, courage, and hope in You, dear Lord.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, the Good Shepherd of your Holy people.

Amen.

For the sake of His sorrowful passion have mercy on us and upon the whole world
