The coverage might be more positive if they would ignore his tweets and insults. But it wouldn’t be honest.

The bible says to obey the laws of your government. It also suggests to pray for your rulers and physicians, etc.

@F_Martuana
“Negative” from what perspective?
Do I really need to walk you both through this?
Could it be that he does not conduct himself in a Presidential manner, so that he makes himself look “negative”?
He overdoes it sometimes, but the responses to his behavior are often just as bad.

How about the media does it’s professional job? That’s how you beat Trump, BTW.

Are you really going to suggest that the mainstream media is honest? 🤣
Well, they are not dishonest. Come on

Go to the White House briefing. Someone there is constantly not honest. it isn’t any of the reporters.

They are just as honest as the non-mainstream media. Since all involve people, and many involve money, they will do what they need to in order to get views.

This Catholic never did support Trump. But I do pray for him.
This is actually the most critical support we can give.

This is a good example. He shoots himself in the foot, which the way he expresses himself.

Amen! Who could need more prayer at this time?

Good point. It is about the ratings.

The mainstream media is very dishonest because they have an agenda. Billions of free advertising for the DNC.

Am I to understand that you are trying to call Sandra Sanders a liar?
Actually, I said she was dishonest. She has a tenuous relationship with the truth.

Did you mean Sarah Huckabee-Sanders?

She is a spokesperson. Like all good paid spokespeople, news anchors, marketing people, ad-men, etc, she says what her boss wants her to say.

That is her job. Honesty usually is not a requirement of these jobs, nor does it necessarily disqualify one either.

BTW, if she doesn’t know about the truthfulness of her statements, then no, she is not a liar in that instance. However, if she is told something is incorrect and she continues to state it as if it were true, than she is lying in that instance.

I think it is fair to say that Trump supporters voted for a lying, narcissistic demagogue.
Of course you think that’s fair. You’ve convinced yourself that Trump is a lying, narcissistic demagogue so as to justify your rabid hatred of him.
It’s hard to dispute that.
It’s actually hard to support it. Which is why you didn’t even try.

I don’t hate him, really. Just very sad he’s president.

Google Donald Trump Lies, Donald Trump narcissist, or Donald Trump demagogue and you will have a few hours worth of reading to do. Yes, not everyone agrees that Trump has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but he is a narcissist. His lies are legend. I posted just a few upthread. The demagogue part is more squishy but still justifiable.

What does one have to do with the other? I mean, can I not make a dispassionate obeservation that Trump is a lying, narcissistic demagogue without having any rabid hatred of him?
