(I have not read the entire thread…)
**I will definitely pray for you!!!
I separated all of the points from your post that seemed relevant. What I see is that you have a “good” marriage to a “good” man and know how to be a “good” wife but you are now being plagued with doubts and fear. You know who loves to destroy marriages over nothing? You got it, the big bad boy himself…satan. I think you may be under spiritual attack.
First off, I don’t think, from what you’ve posted, that you need marital counseling. I think you need counseling though, on your own. From a Catholic perspective (or at least one that will not feed into the myth that a divorce would be a good thing).**
**What may be very helpful though is Retrouvaille. I have heard tons of positive stories about it (a weekend for marriage help) here at the forums and it is atually something hubby and I had wanted to attend but never made it. I just had to look up the info on it yesterday for a friend who is having some marital trouble and it remined me of what a blessing it can be. Go to their website and read the 4 stages of marriage:

Now, about feeling like a fraud…I don’t think that is the case. As others have pointed out (and you yourself say), you did not enter into this marriage being deceptive. A valid marriage does not require permanent romance, mushy feelings, or even physical attraction. It requires ONE thing… commitment. It seems like you have that, and always have. Even now you do not WANT to divorce, you just feel hopeless.
Well, there IS hope. Please don’t despair. And you are right to not discuss this with hubby. Discussions are only useful if they produce some sort of solution…your hubby can’t do anything to make you feel differently so it is unfair to tell him something that will only cause hurt. It seems like you are a very loving person and I see a lot of love for your hubby in just this one post. Your marriage has a lot of love… I pray that, with God’s grace, you can overcome the doubt and renew the passion for your marriage. It IS possible. You are not the first person to go through this, and you won’t be the last.
Fight the evil that is trying to undermine your marriage. FIGHT! Say the St. Michael prayer repeatedly so he can help you fight this.
God bless you,
