I had trouble getting on. I got the message that my computer was too old.

Currently, I pray in Tongues without sound. I still yield my speech mechanism
to the Holy Spirit, but I do not use the breath/sound etc. In between typing, I
am praying in tongues because I am not sure how to answer such a large
question. Praying in Tongues is one way of saying “Help me God.” We often pray
“Help me God” in the vernacular so we should not be surprised that the Catholic
Charismatic Renewal often uses help me God Tongues.
Basically, tongues is one way to connect with the Holy Spirit and then let the
Holy Spirit take over especially in prayer.
I think that praying in Tongues is great. It is especially great when I am
facing a difficult situation. The Holy Spirit lifts my prayer to God.
The word “renewal” in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal really truly means
renewal. We are renewing teachings of St. Paul.
