I’ve searched my English Qur’an and was unable to find any passages which state that Allah loves humans. Sure, humans are instructed to love Allah, but does he love humans back?

I don’t mean to nit-pick:I don’t want to be disrespectful, it’s just I don’t know much about this subject, so I tread lightly.
But, I was taught that the God of Abraham and the God of Ishmael are the same God.
Therefore, Allah would have to love humans as he created them.
I don’t know if I am right in this. I don’t want to offend. But, if I am wrong, I would appreciate a correction in this matter.
OK, you got me there.I don’t mean to nit-pick:
The God of Abraham, ISAAC, and Jacob.
Exo 3:6 Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.OK, you got me there.![]()
HiGod’s love is unconditional. Allah’s (Islamic God) love is conditional.
God bless.
HiExo 3:6 Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.
A true prophet of God can only descend from Isaac.
I think God is viewed the same way by Christians and Islamic belief by what you stated, God loves the sinner and hast the sin.Just a note. A Muslim poster posted a few days ago that Allah loves sinners **on the condition **that they repent.
The Quran (since you have one, please look this up) unequivocally says Allah hates sinners. This statement is confirmed by the Muslim mentioned above.
Thus, Allah does not love ALL humans. Definitely not sinners.
I have this tendency to compare Islamic belief and Christianity. If this is offensive to anyone here, please ignore me. Here goes - Allah is therefore a big difference from the Christian God that Christians know of. For God loves us while we still are sinners. What more once we have repented of our sin. While we are still sinners He sent His only son to die for us in love of us.
God loves us because we are His creations. Like a father loves his children, even if his children disobey him or do bad things, a father would still love his children. Don’t we? Yes, we do. What more about God, who is a perfect Father. He loves His children, that are us, for what we are and no matter what we do.
God’s love is unconditional. Allah’s (Islamic God) love is conditional.
God bless.

I think **episcogirl **was taught the right concept, which is not racial.
Ishmael was also a promised son of Abraham and included in the Covenant, that is why he was circumcised, which is one of the signs of Covenant.
Could anyone please clarify how the following prophecy was fullfilled:
Genesis 17:20
And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation.
Genesis 17:26
Abraham and his son Ishmael were both circumcised on that same day.
Thanks
Hi
I know that descendant - Mohammad.Hi
So, you undestand like me that a DivineReligion has to be broad minded, and Ishmael was also part of the Covenant. When Jesus was born without a father ( according to the primitive customs, sons and daughters were ascribed to the male members) that meant that after the fullfillment of the prophecy about Isaac for a long time; it was a warning to Jews that due to the Jews’ planning an **attempted murder of Jesus **( in line with their attempts to kill other Jewish ProphetsMessenger) now the time had come for a change of hands from Isaac to the descendants of Ishmael.
Thanks
I’m not making it racial. When God Himsellf says that he perfers people who worship him correctly, it’s not racism.Hi
I can understand that Jews are racial so is their concept of GodAllahYHWH.
Please don’t make CatholicGod a racial one; the Catholics are broad minded so should be their concept of God.
Thanks
HiDear brother paarsurrey we Christians are Jewish we are the heirs of Abraham, and the Covenant with Israel continues with us.
1 Chronicles 16:16 covenant, for Israel as an everlasting covenant
Galatians 3:29 You belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendant, heirs according to the promise.

I’m not actually Catholic.Hi
Yours is a Catholic broad-minded concept. You want to say in other wrords that GodAllahYHWH loves merit; He likes worshippers who worship Him correctly- the righteous people . The Jews proved that they were not righteous people, I mean the Jews who wanted an attempted murder of Jesus who was a righteous and innocent person who worshipped GodAllahYHWH correctly. They had no business to kill him. Why were the after an innocent man and LovedOne of GodAllahYHWH? Only because they had got spoiled not only themselves but the scriptures also.
They preferred their Tradition (Talmud) over the the Scriptures (Torah or OTBible). That was an injustice on their part.
Thanks
