It is important to remember that God is unchanging. Therefore, the question is, did God love Satan?
Well, yes.
Okay, then God still loves Satan. It is Satan who rejected God, not the inverse, and therefore Satan is in the same boat as all other sinners.
The better question is, could Satan (assuming his actual existence) repent? I find this question to be more interesting.
And
Did Satan just do what he was designed to? If God is wise and knows all, and Angels do not have free will like man does, our primary distinction, then was Satan not just acting as he was supposed to?
