Does God call people to be separate from Catholic Eucharist

Of course not.

God allows people to walk away of their own free will. God never calls people to schism, to heresy, that would be contrary to His nature.

Those in other faiths or other ECs feel a call from God, that is a call to the Catholic Church, but they misinterpret it through the lenses of their background.

The way I’ve always looked at it. God calls us relationship with Him through faith and the indwelling Holy Spirit and give evidence of our faith by acts of Love and Service that correspond to this personal faith.

Our religion is how we express and live out this relationship. Our religion is largely based on culture, preferences, understandings and comfort level. God meets us where we are and uses different religious experiences for His Glory and to draw people to himself and to grow them in their faith.

For the vast majority of people doctrine takes a backseat to relationship. If a church helps them love God and grow in faith and express that faith then that is more important to them than if the doctrine is 100% correct. Most people also understand that doctrine is opinion and different people have different opinions and therefore we don’t hold on to doctrine we hold on to Jesus. Who is right and wrong about different doctrines will sort itself out in the end. The important thing is to trust in and seek after and know Christ, everything else is secondary.

So yes, I think God calls people and places people where He wants them so they can grow in love and faith and do the most good and bring Glory to Him.

Do you believe God calls believers to be preachers and teachers in churches separated from Holy Communion with the Bishop of Rome?
Let’s nuance that question a bit. How about if I stated it a different way:

“Does the Holy Spirit work in Christians who are separated from the Catholic Church?”

If the answer is ‘yes’, then perhaps you could say that, to the extent that they know and understand the teaching of Christ, they preach it.
You are changing the question. But I asked it the way I did for a reason.

From the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

The whole concern of doctrine and its teaching must be directed to the love that never ends. Whether something is proposed for belief, for hope or for action, the love of our Lord must always be made accessible, so that anyone can see that all the works of perfect Christian virtue spring from love and have no other objective than to arrive at love

Christ left us a Church. We don’t have to wait until “someday”.

Mr Graham preached basic Christianity. He was the “Alpha Course” of the early/mid 20th Century. God

You are changing the question.
Not really. If the Holy Spirit works in non-Catholic Christians, then He works in ways to spread Christ’s Gospel. People aren’t zombies – they react to God’s grace in a way consistent with who they are and where they find themselves. So, if they’re already in a non-Catholic Christian community, then the grace of God – through the Holy Spirit – spurs them to preach Christ as they know Him in their community!
But I asked it the way I did for a reason.
I know you did. You seem to want to get the answer “the Holy Spirit wants non-Catholics to be non-Catholic”… 😉 😦

Do you believe God calls believers to be preachers and teachers in churches separated from Holy Communion with the Bishop of Rome?
I do not believe that God calls believers to be in ‘churches’ separated from Holy Communion with the Bishop of Rome. Does He allow souls to be separated from full communion with the Catholic Church for various reasons? Absolutely, and, as @Brittany stated so well, He allows many things to occur for His glory and for the prompting of the Holy Spirit to draw them to the fullness of truth.

One has God calling people to be separate and the other has God calling those who are already separated.
God does not call anyone to be outside of the Church He founded, rather He allows it.

I think it becomes a difference of what Holy Communion means to us.

But do Catholics honor and love the fullness of the Truth? Do we walk around filled with love for the perfect Church we are a part of, which is the Spirit of the Lord Whom we receive?
Yes and Yes. At least, this Catholic does.

I love all the teachings of the Catholic Church.

“I said that Rev Graham was called by God to remain a Protestant preacher. He wasn’t called to convert and become Catholic. God did, however, give him the grace to understand our Catholic beliefs.”
This contradicts Catholic Teaching!

Since you’re the one complaining about it, you can take it up with God when you meet Him.

Someday we will all find out what the truth really is.
This is a very troubling statment! I hope you dont use it when you are discipling those who are searching for God.

Peace!!!
No of course, just when dealing with those who claim they only have all the truth.

I’ll answer this if you answer mine: Do you believe God calls Catholics to be preachers and teachers in churches separated from holy communion with all non-CC Leaders?
