Does God love kids conceived by In-Vitro fertilization?

The Catholic Church seems not to support In vitro fertilisation. And do the parents of those kids commit a sin?

Does God love kids created by rape? Of course He does. God loves all of His children, regardless of the circumstances surrounding their conception.
 
The Catholic Church doesn’t support in vitro fertilisation and if the parents try to make a baby through this way with full knowledge of it being gravely sinful and freely choosing to do it anyway then they have committed a mortal sin. The child however, doesn’t have the guilt passed down to him but he will have consequences. E.g. living in a household with a failing marriage possibly
 
A little off topic, but I have read that there is speculation that people conceived through IVF will have a tendency toward sterility. Don’t know if that has been scientifically studied to any great degree as of now.
 
Of course, God loves all souls. God just doesn’t love sin. Only the sinners.
 
The issue, with any sin, is NEVER about who God loves and who God doesn’t love. God loves all, including those who sin, including those who DON’T love Him and including those who actively work AGAINST Him. The issue with in-vitro is the sin of the parents, not the sin of the child. Further, the sin or culpability of the parents is based on factors unknown to really any but the parents and God, although a statement can be made that, due to the creation of a child outside of the marital union, the act itself is always wrong.
 
God never, ever, ever condemns a child for the sins of his/her parent(s).
 
Of course. He loves everyone! He does not blame children for the sins their parents commit.
 
I have not seen any studies reporting this. I would imagine that if such studies are being done, the results would be imminent considering how long IVF has been available.
 
I think the word we are looking for is “conceived”. Impregnated would mean the child becomes pregnant.

If that’s true, I wonder if it is due to their parents struggling with infertility and genetically passing it to them. Correlation or causation?
 
The title of the thread is troubling.

Children can’t be impregnated by IVF or any other means.
 
A child cannot commit a sin simply because of how they were conceived. The parent’s commit the sin, and God loves the child regardless of the manner of their conception.
 
There are many good answers so far. I would add just this: Even children conceived through IVF have life only because God allowed it. All of our proud technology cannot create a baby. At most, IVF technology treats a few very specific deficiencies in an otherwise healthy and immensely complex natural process.

Fertility doctors manipulate women’s bodies with hormones. They mechanically manipulate eggs, sperm, and embryos. But in the end, a baby doesn’t form unless many other biological factors are already healthy and functioning. When a fertilized egg begins to multiply into a ball of cells, that is a miracle far beyond the reach of our science. The doctors place the ball of calls in the uterus, but they can’t make the uterus accept it; that is another miracle. When the round ball of cells develops into a body, that’s another miracle; scientists have only the slightest idea what guides that process.

So when a baby is born by IVF, give thanks and praise to God who gave it life and loves it.
