“He is coming on the clouds and EVERY EYE WILL SEE HIM.” Not so secret when you read it.

Does Jesus return in secret? Sacred Scripture
I’m confused about if he returns in secret The catechism doesn’t make it clear I know the church says he will return in glory, but how long is he here before he reveals himself He talks about ‘sustaining those form sin, untill Judgement day’ He says not even the angels know when he will return, but its an angels horn that announces his return, how long is he here before that announcment. He says when you see these things come to pass 'look up (the cloudes) your redemption is near. It talks…
We’re not supposed to start multiple duplicate topics on here.

Absolutely NO, NOT IN SECRET.

Sometimes Christians (mostly Protestants) mistakenly think that Jesus may return again ‘in secret’ or appear on earth as some ordinary person. Which is, of course, a total mistake, because His return will be RATHER HUGE:
And he said to his disciples: The days will come, when you shall desire to see one day of the Son of man; and you shall not see it.

And they will say to you: See here, and see there. Go ye not after, nor follow them:

For as the lightning that lighteneth from under heaven, shineth unto the parts that are under heaven, so shall the Son of man be in his day.

[Luke 17: 22-24]
The strike of a lightning bolt, the roaring thunder and its flash that enlightens the whole earth beneath it resembles nothing of a ‘secret coming’, ain’t it?

The moon will turn blood red with an eclipse (happened january 2020)
Where is the eclipse? The truth is, it is not possible for the entire earth to witness an eclipse at once.

This is part of the very protestant rapture/dispensationalist thinking.
an angel will announce his arrival… ( but I thought no-one knows when he will come)?
My best friend made a surprise visit to me. I had no idea that she was coming to visit, I very much did not know the day nor the hour.

The barking of my dog announced her arrival.
So now I’m worried he’s already here…
Worry? When Christ comes, as the Church has taught us from the beginning “He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and His kingdom shall have no end.” We pray “come quickly, Lord Jesus”. This is an event we long for, it will be the most joyous of days for those of us who love Jesus. Why would you worry Christ is sneaking around?

Please, get ahold of some books that will teach you what the Church teaches!!
