IMHO, the benchmark for the OF should be a Mass said ad orientem and entirely in Latin, with Communion under both species by means of intinction so that people don’t even have the option of receiving in the hand. I also think that Communion should be distributed at an altar rail so that everyone receives kneeling (unless impeded by health, etc.) I also think that the Roman Canon should be the used all the time, except maybe a few times a year. However, I think the way that Mass is said at EWTN is a good goal for the average parish to strive for. I especially like that no-one seems to receive Communion in the hand there.
