So this how educated people are to pick the best qualified person for the job? Based on if someone can make fun of their initials. Not surprising that this is what the left deems important. šŸ¤· No wonder we are in the shape weā€™re in.

More significant, in my view, are the multiple reports that Trump tried to change his mind at the last minute. Having that kind of information leak out of the campaign is not good.
On top of that, reports are now breaking that the rabbi who was to give the opening invocation for the convention is backing out. This after Tebowā€™s announcement that he will not be attending (after they listed him as a featured speaker). They need to get it together; its starting to look like amateur hour.

CNNā€™s Dana Bash has been reporting on that this morning. She said his ā€œgutā€ was to go with Christie but his team was pushing Pence.

I think it was just because he was mad that his splashy roll-out plans got spoiled when his pick was leaked on Wednesday. All that anticipation about who he would announce turned into a tweet and a yawn. That had to drive him crazy. (Erā€¦crazier.)

Or try to frame it as a religious issue and those who are concerned about protecting the lives of our children are trying to shove our religion down their throat.

I had a granddaughter born Sunday. A week ago Sunday my daughter couldā€™ve went to Wichita Kansas, told them she was having psychological problems, and had that child aborted. Oh Iā€™m sorry, I guess I shouldā€™ve said she couldā€™ve went to Wichita Kansas and exercised her reproductive rights.

Trump has stated that Newt will have a place in his cabinet. Perhaps he would be more valuable there than as VP. I expect Christie to be in the cabinet and perhaps Flynn.
