One has to love how Trump does not back down and we all can learn from it.

Scott Walker’s own book is “Unintimidated”.

Those who make nasty, cruel remarks, bully others can be stood up to.

"But him making unrealistic promises like that, does make me wonder how serious he is. "

An American politician making unrealistic promises to the electorate, who’d of thunk such a thing would happen!

3rd Party Pro-Life candidate. Why? Trump is not pro-life. Ask yourself this, if you seriously considered running for President, would you call up and ask Bill and Hillary if you should run? That says all that needs to be said.

Trump looks to me like a narcissistic attention-seeker who has no concern for anything other than getting in the news cycle. If he thought he had to mimic Che Guevara to get in the news cycle, I think he’d do it.

Nothing could make me vote for either him or Hillary. If the Republicans are stupid enough to nominate him, I will vote 3rd party. However, if that’s the choice it comes down to, I would probably seek citizenship in some other country. Trump vs. Hillary is not an America I want to have anything to do with.

Count me a thoroughly disgusted Independent completely disinvested from caring about either loathesome party.

It would not surprise me if Mr. Ramos has voted pro-abortion politicians; I mean, at the set-go mark, some are voting for evil but in turn, it may be a vote more based on social programs or whatever. People don’t think of their vote.

Still, Mr. Ramos has an agenda and is basically an activist.

As said on the Kelly file by one of the guests last night, we may not have just 11 million undocumented persons, it could be much, much higher. Too high I guess, we can’t do anything about it.

The first thing is to go after any employers who break the law. This has happened in some places.

This is good if one has voted pro-life faithfully every election. I’m not sure we all can make that claim. I may have even voted in one election for Dukakis, not that I knew his stances so much back then.

Trump is pro-life.

I think what we know and don’t know is being exaggerated per his calling the Clintons, however that worked. It’s not as simply stated as above.

I do not support Trump, but if, as you say, the Republicans are dumb enough to nominate him, and you will vote third party, are you comfortable with what you will get is another Democrat? Do you support their platform? And as for leaving this country, I will take that as a vain threat. Where else are you going to find another country better than this one (with all its warts)?

LOL. Of course I don’t support the Democrats’ platform. I’m not voting for a Democrat under any circumstances. The binary logic argument is fallacious. Voting outside the binary box is not the same as voting for one of the parties within the binary box. (Either/Or fallacy, anyone?)

If the Republicans give me a loathsome candidate, I’m not voting for their candidate… just as (by default) I’m not voting for the Democrats’ candidate. That’s on the Republicans. Not on me.

If you wish to believe America is the only option, be my guest. It’s apparently true for you. It’s not true for me.

Megyn Kelly is in the “biz”. She is one of the best at what she does and definitely can predict several responses to her questions in advance of the asking. Her identity as a tough news woman has reached many more people as a result of the 1st debate. To make more out of it is just that…used up attention. Everyone needs to pay close attention to the trouble we are deeply in and who/how will lead to “make America great again”!

How about this question? Who received emails from Hilary revealing our nation’s business?
How much slower can the answer be in coming? If you cannot understand that the eyes of our enemies have read and made plans with the info, then don’t get your pantaloons in a bunch over a little sass between Trump and Kelly.

Distraction is a tactic of warfare. Stay focused!

Having lived in other countries, I feel comfortable saying that. Where would you like to go? What makes that place better than here? And as for voting for a third party, do you really think a third party can win when approximately 40% of voters will vote for the Democrat no matter who they put up, 40% will vote for the Republican for the same reason and the rest are left to vote otherwise. Does not sound like a good plan to me.

The sad reality for many of us - including me - is that we live in blue states. My state of Washington will vote Democrat no matter what I do. It is the people in the purple states that really have the struggle of conscience. Is that a cop out? Yep! I am not comfortable with a Republican party under Trump - won’t do it - or a Democratic party under Biden. I lean toward Biden on the grounds that neither will champion social conservative values in any sort of meaningful way and Biden won’t do mass deportations. Foreign policy is the only loser here. I think the conservatives are stronger on that - but Biden may not be Obama on foreign policy.

I was watching Mark Levin and Sean Hannity last night - the great revolution has begun to overthrow the Republican establishment. If they lose, they’re outta here (ditto Ann Coulter - loved her trying to explain how we would deport 11 million people, uh, not many details there…:whacky:. She makes Megan Kelly look like Golda Meir.) Made my blood run cold.

Here’s to the Republican establishment. Long may it thrive. The civil GOP war is ON. So is the Biden presidency.

Let’s hope for Bernie Sanders, then. Yeah, I know he’s not “pro-life.” But at least he understands economics, and where the current economic system is headed. Oh, by the way it’s “Democratic Party.” Some of us might not like that, but that’s the official title they’ve chosen. Just as the GOP doesn’t call itself the “Republic Party.”

Anne Coulter, God Bless Her, she said we may have as many as 50 million.

We could have as many as 30 million, her figure is really high, no excuse to have this many people who are not citizens of the US.

Then, some would not care if we had 90 million taking from the system. :whacky: It’s just the hard earned dollars of others let alone, the schools they pay into.

Cheers, you are right again.

Yes, Trump Sorta Bombed

I received some significant blowback last week when I (accurately) reported that Donald Trump’s rally in Mobile drew at most 20,000 people and that Trump’s speech was so bad that it actually seemed to turn off some former fans. Well, here is Ashley Trice, editor of Mobile’s Lagniappe weekly, in her column out yesterday:
There were certainly not 40,000 people there. Or 30,000, as the Trump campaign claimed. Not even close. **Though you couldn’t tell it from some of the shots seen on television or splashed all over the web, more than half of the stadium was empty. **Even the “official” total from the city of 20,000 seemed quite generous, which, don’t get me wrong, is still a lot…. His long, disjointed, braggadocious “speech,” if you can call it that, at Ladd was more akin to listening to your senile ol’ grandpa ramble on from his naugahyde recliner on a Sunday afternoon than someone actually laying out a thoughtful plan to “make” America great again. And watching the thousands assembled listen to him, I don’t think he captured or inspired them one bit. If anything, he lost people he had. As he blathered on about Oreos and Billy Graham and Secretariat and self-aggrandized and self-aggrandized some more, by the end the crowd looked plain bored…. And this is why Trump will ultimately fade away. You can only go to the circus so many times before even the most entertaining elephant starts making you yawn.
Then there is the Mod Mobilian, a right-leaning online publication. It also panned Trump:
… it just wasn’t the experience I’d come prepared for….Friday night’s display certainly qualifies as theater, and it sure came across as amateur…. A pep rally needs some pep. [For example;]… You can’t fly a 757 over the crowd as a warm-up and then give them nothing but an hour of rambling, crazy-uncle style extemporaneous monologue….Warning signs you’re losing your audience: they don’t respond to laugh lines. They don’t respond to applause lines. Some of them head for the exits in the middle of the performance. And most importantly, they fail to cheer and applaud at the end. Trump is a joke. He ought to be fired.
I propose a new motto for the Trump campaign and followers: “Give 'em enough rope…” Sometimes the best thing to do when faced with a dilemma is to do nothing at all. Just sit back and let natural selection weave its magic. :yup:

Lets hope for a pro abortion , pro homosexual marriage , avowed socialist? And you reconcile that with Catholic teaching how?

Good for Trump, he said he’d clean up this country and he’d have veterans do it, veterans who need work.

Those who are so adamantly against Trump should remember the thousands of victims of illegals. Not sure how they can live with themselves.

Bernie on the topics of income disparity in our country in the face of record corporate profits, the big money in politics, and his long time support for single payer universal healthcare for all Americans are main reasons he’s my first choice.

No idea why conservatives have so much trouble getting the official title of the Democratic Party right though. 🤷

Perhaps there is nothing democratic about the party. Either you toe the party line (which is now extremely left) or you are not welcome.

Even the Democrat party convention is strictly regulated with cast-iron quotas requiring a set number of women, minorities and the rest of the victimology alphabet.
