Fox is discussing how accurate the polling turned out to be. Nice of them considering how they rode the skewing bandwagon.

The Republicans need to do some serious soul-searching about their demographics. One thing this election shows is that their current composition cannot even defeat a President with a lot of negative baggage.
Romney seems to have won the popular votes.

Yeah…I used to live there and sent a text to my boss telling him I was ready to call it for Obama (before OH was called for Obama) because of the percentages I saw there by county. If Romney was to win OH-FL-VA, then CO would have been red again.
I lived in Golden 30 years ago…I’d like to get back to check things out.

The majority of Americans were still smart enough to vote for Romney and that gives me some hope. I would still be for the electoral college I think, it does present an interesting question.

Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin is currently giving her victory speech. She will be the first openly gay member of the US Senate

Much more blue than 30 years ago. 🙂

I lived in Jeff Co (Westminster-Broomfield) from 98-02…it’s even more blue than when I lived there. 😛

Not a majority, but a VERY narrow plurality. And even this could change as more results come in…
I don’t know how you define majority, more people voted for Romney, that seems like a majority.

And yes, change could come in as more results come in but that works both ways.

the Democrats will nominate a pro-infanticide candidate and liberal Democrat catholics will vote for him.
Well they do know that they can go for just about anything now, and still come back to win the presidency. This is scary!

Republican victories for Congressman Scott Perry, senator elect Jeff Flake, senator Deb Fischer, Pat McCrory and more
