This video really had me thinking, it sent me down a worm hole. I’m currently reading Saint John Paul the Great (Evert) and The Second Greatest Story Ever Told (Gaitley). In the latter, Gaitley connects the dots in his clear and inspirational style between JP2, Fatima, and the end times message of Divine Mercy. I highly recommend it to the followers of this thread.

I haven’t been working very much during this covid period. Instead, I’ve been doing lots of thinking, reading, and praying. I often look at this picture and know my family is safe in her arms,(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.) , and I pray to Saint Joseoh to pray to Jesus to take care if our family’s daily bread. So far, he has.

After watching the video linked here of the night sky occurring in China during the annual communist forum, I started reading up on history of Chinese communism. Anyhow, I have no particular insight on these things, but, I do have an idea I wanted to share here. I wonder if we could send Chinese citizens images of The Divine Mercy Jesus to their home addresses. What do you think? Its another one of my crazy ideas. How can we even get Chinese home addresses??

Yes! It’s crazy! It’s insane! It’s … intriguing…

First of all, I would recommend against using the mails. There’s no telling what the CCP would do against anyone found to be recv’ing anti-Party propaganda from a foreign nation. Not to mention anyone found to have such material in their possession.

A MUCH better idea would be to fax the image over. Due to its writing system, China (and Japan, for that matter) excelled at developing fax technology, and fax machines became common in Chinese businesses. This came into play during Tienanmen Square, when the student protesters were able to tell their friends and relatives in the West what was happening. The CCP may have upped their game to allow fax calls to be intercepted the same as voice calls; still … You’d have to talk this over with a Chinese Catholic Christian with ties to the Mainland and access to a fax machine.
 
I teach Chinese students English online on a platform called VIPKID. So yeah, I’m paid to willingly have myself taped teaching English to children that the CCP I’m sure has access to🤣. We’re not allowed to have maps of the world in our back ground, because our maps showing China’s boundaries is different than what the Chinese citizens are aware of (think Hong Kong and Tibet, part of China according to China as far as their citizens know). But I’ve often wondered if there’s any ”sign” the underground church goers would recognize if I happened to harmlessly have in my back ground. 💁

The Olivet Discourse in the three synoptic Gospels - Matthew, Mark and Luke refers to the destruction o the Temple and fall of Jerusalem which took place AD 70 and the massacre of 1.2 million Jews. And ,yes, the fall of Jerusalem and destruction of the Temple also points to the end times of the world. The Jews regarded their Temple as a Microcosmos. The world is the Macrotemple which will be destroyed at the end of history .
St. Peter prophesied that the world will be burned up with fire.
Think of a large asteroid (Apophis ?) entering earth’s atmosphere. It would set the earth’s atmosphere on fire. Everything would be burned up
 
Watched the video above on time of St. Joseph. Ordering beeswax candles right now. Question though. …if only beeswax candles will burn during the 3 days, then does there need to be a blessed beeswax candle burning prior to the start of the 3 days? Or else how would you light the candles during the 3 days? (And I still haven’t gone back to read more of that end times blog, but did bookmark it and have popcorn on standby.)
 
The solution I came up with was to get a small box of wooden matches (I believe they were waterproof ones from a camping supply store) and had them blessed. Remember: it’s not magic. G_D knows your intent, and if your intent is to light the blessed candle, then the match will light for the length of time needed to light the candle.
 
There’s a problem in that it’s very, VERY hard to get 100% beeswax candles now. The ones sold for churches are now 51% beeswax 49% paraffin in order to save on costs. I believe those are acceptable.

The Church rule requiring only Beeswax candles has been revoked. It was originally in place because beeswax was the only ingredient for making candles that didn’t smoke when burning. When you have to have at least one candle burning in front of or next to the tabernacle 24x7x365, “not smoking” is a huge consideration. However, paraffin waxes have improved to the point where they are almost smokeless and so suitable for use in the church. At the Newman Center I used to go to, their altar candles were not candles per se, but lamps, burning highly purified liquid paraffin wax.
 
I found some on Amazon that say they are 100% pure beeswax. Each pillar burns for 12 h. They come next week. I hope that’s in time, and can get them blessed the next day of our priest is available. The asteroids are due next week too.
 
Allowing for different translations and limitations of language, this prophecy may not be so terrifying for Christians. Christians believe that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

Imagine how the skies would have to look like if you’d loose consciousness just by looking at it…

This is the end revealed to Saint John which will happen right before the Last Judgment. Second death comes after the judgment itself.
And there came down fire from God out of heaven, and devoured them; and the devil, who seduced them, was cast into the pool of fire and brimstone, where both the beast and the false prophet shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Actually, I think it would be quite pleasant. I’m picturing the sky with no light shining, save for a cross where the only light comes from where the wounds of Christ would have been. Think of all the people who will be thinking to themselves, “Oh No! The Catholics were right!”

This guy write very interesting analysis on different aspects of Catholic End Times studies. In the section (at the top as I write this) 2020: The Silence in Heaven and the Opening of the Seventh Seal he makes an interesting connection between the Consecration of the World done by Pope St. Leo XIII in 1899, the vision he reportedly had, and the planetary alignment that occurred in 1899. This was where all 7 of the classical planets (Jupiter, Saturn, etc.) all lined up. These are also the stars that Jesus is holding in Rev. 1 that are part of “the keys to the Abyss”. The time period given by G_D to Satan in the vision, depending on the witness, would be 120 years. If the beginning of the vision started in 1899, then that period would be ending this year. And guess what! On July 4 we will see that rare alignment of the seven planets again!
 
Very interesting, thank you. Do you know what would be the length of time on earth of Church closure to laity which would correspond to the half hour of silence in heaven ?
 
I dunno. I tried to figure it out once, but got caught up in drying to decide what to use for a ratio. I mean, “A thousand years as but single day” is pretty straightforward, but half an hour? (And I don’t know what phrase the original Greek/Aramaic uses for the English, “about half an hour.”)

So I think it’s the fact that the silence actually occurred that’s important, “about half an hour” means that it’s a significant pause in the hymns of praise.

EDIT: it might be even longer than the actual church closures we’ve seen. If the bishops, the shepherds, are so lacking in faith as to just knuckle under, the Masses they pray afterward will still be valid, but “We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if one is devout and does His will, He listens to him.” Maybe the silence comes from those whose prayers, because of their lack of faith, do not reach heaven.

I am bit confused by these links. Is Emmett O’Regan saying that the 1000 years are already in progress and this July 4th with the planetary alignment will mark the end of the thousand years?
