No, this is related to the prophecy/vision of Pope St. Leo XIII. In it, he heard a conversation between the Evil One and G_D. In it, God is said to grant the devil 100 years (really, two periods of 60 years) to attempt to destroy G_D’s church.

I don’t know if I should share anything. People can read my post history and see what kind of Catholic I am. Again, I do have mental illness. But I’m not looking forward to July and then the year 2021. Everyone should be praying daily in my opinion.

@Daisy I’m open about being schizoaffective, I have no shame in that as at least 25% of Americans suffer from mental illness. Again, I’m grateful to be mentally I’ll because I learned compassion and to be one with my fellow man. Better to be chastised by God and be a better man than the alternative.
As for your question Carmel, I’m actually feeling better about everything. I’m not a psychic nor do I believe in them, but it seems whatever disturbances are coming up God has this under his control. I’m having more Faith in prayerful people who agree with me of all ages but remain strong with a quiet resignation.
In real life and online, I find more people who have reservations about our time but who have the strength to rely on God. I seem to have found the unheard moderate voices who definitely feel the time trying but who can abide.
But going back to that post my original concern for July are GDP numbers coming out at the end of the month. Along with stimulus benefits ending. Then my concern for 2021 was the contentious election where I hope whoever loses can lose gracefully and not be radicalized. Mostly, I worry about the economy and a certain acceptance of unemployment in this country.
But again, it is obvious to me that God is there showing people he is there and asking people to repent. As one cartoonist put it, with COVID we have all been sent to our room to think about how we are living our lives.

OK, I read the article. God may, may, may have chosen to give this man a message or, or, or he may just be upset after all the media he is ingesting. Again, he points out that he reads forty papers a day. He does mention that he is praying for wisdom and discernment, which to me is a positive sign as I wouldn’t want to be in his position.
Again, I am upset about November and twenty-twenty one. Currently, in my city there are signs with stores that say there is a coin shortage. The media on both sides of the political spectrum is promoting too much fear and agendas. I don’t condemn Trump, much less Trump Supporters as they are good Christian people but there doesn’t seem to be leadership right now. I’m concerned about all the elite on either side including the media just going for short term gain.
OK, what should we do as Catholics at a time like this? I think pray, pray, pray. Testify about all the love God has shown us in life, ask people not to be stubborn or feel they can’t change their life. The journey is worth, the wisdom is there, the gains are real. So, repent. This can all be prevented if we repents, give up on ideas of social Darwinism, consumerism, materialism.
@Damian243 and @Pattylt @Freddy. Tagging you guys, because if it does get rough, it may be a wake up call to repent. If not the Catholic Church, which I recommend, find the right Church for you.

Thanks for your concern, RC. But if you’ve been around the block enough times and seen the cold war, the Vietnam war, apartheid, polio, rampant homophobia and sexism (guilty on both counts), famine, civil wars, partition etc etc etc then one tends to get blase about the constant Chicken Little claims.
Be good to your family, respect the views of others, vote responsibly and as my grandad always said - never raise on an open ended straight - and you’ll be fine.

I think we are here, I’m sorry. I’ve been following countdowntothekingdom.com and I know there’s a lot of unapproved (neither positive or negative judgement) apparitions, but I think Mark Mallett is a prophet for our times and he and Daniel O’Conner’s videos are encouraging and spot on. I think we’ll see the Warning soon and the Antichrist followed by persecution and 3 days of darkness and then the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart. I think once they closed the Churches, the clock really began. We’ve been given bread crumbs to hold us over and politically motivated riots and racism to divide us even further and warnings of second waves, Ebola in China, locust swarms in Africa, South America and Asia. I think the Q anon and Trump lovers think if he gets re-elected we’ll drain this elite pedo ring and have indictments and utopia but as Catholics we know that true peace only comes from Christ and we’ll experience a taste of that if we make it through to the Era of Peace. Don’t get me wrong, Trump has been a great President but I don’tt into the savior complex some extremists do. Nor do I personally believe the Q stuff. I think it’s all a part of the game to divert our attention. Giant psyop. But that’s just my two cents worth. Even if I’m wrong, is it so bad to live as if these are the times? My end can come just as quickly anyway, right?

You’re right, @jheckle81. Great post btw! The Nineveh was saved after Jonah’s call — but only when the king, his people (and even animals) fasted in ashes, from the bottom of their hearts, truly, out of a sincere inner will to be saved. Not because king pursued eradication of the evil in his nation (and I’m saying this as an enthusiast of Trump’s works).

I remember the solar eclipse of 2017, and then the one to follow in 2024, which forms an x over our country. See here. I remember watching the blood moon in 2017 with the entire extended family in the front yard of 2017 thinking… what is to become of our country and the sins of our US dollar, of USA international trade policy, such as with birth control, and oil. And then there’s Hollywood.

The pagan thing is definitely true, and creepy. As if they can ignore the human sacrifice part…
I had a coworker who was a proud Norse pagan, said the Catholic Church was a business and not a religion, and that the only thing Satan ever did was tell God he was wrong.
I wish I had been brave enough to defend the faith, but I have my family to worry about and don’t like confrontation.
I don’t work there anymore, so whatevs.

Well, as as Aristotle once said: “nature abhors a vacuum”. Human nature itself will push such beliefs to find a cosy refuge in the place from where they had previously thrown away the faith in God.
Aimless, wandering souls in the end times would be a perfect grounds to sow the faith in the antichrist. Especially since many elements of the pagan beliefs will correspond to what he will proclaim — a fully-fledged luciferian doctrine. And especially since it will be confirmed by great signs and wonders. We, Catholics, will be considered to be believers in the mere fantasies invented in the past, while they will have a truly “living faith”.
