Evangelicals with gay children challenging church

I’m not here to promote anything, but I do try to speak honestly about my life and to be truthful about what I believe. As it says in Ephesians 4:25: “Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.”

I’m sure that you are also being truthful about what you believe and about your life which is fine with me.

Well as long as we are quoting Scripture:
Romans 1
“ For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.[20]

The best place to profess ones sins is not in a pubic forum.It it’s the privacy of the confessional to their confessor. Paul was talking about professing the truth.Not ones personal perversion of the Truth

Well as long as we are quoting stuff:

from the Declaration of Independence:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men* are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”

*unless you’re black
*unless you’re a woman
*unless you’re gay

Hmm, I don’t see an * in this document, yet all 3 of the above have been discriminated against.
