It was implied that divorced/remarrieds who aren’t fully reconciled to Church teaching, can’t be repentant. I’m saying that in reality, Priests give people a lot of ‘leeway’ considering that many are or were poorly catechised when they made life choices that can’t be easily resolved.
Where exactly is this implication

If it is the later of the law that you object to, by definition, the letter w would state what you object to.

I’m sorry if I begin to repeat myself here but death does dissolve a marriage so on one’s deathbed a marriage or remarriage becomes more “resolvable” and even a suspended or Orthodox priest can absolve through confession and administer other sacraments.
