Always deflection to HRC. Don’t have a counter argument in the discussion, DEFLECT TO HRC.

But since it was brought up, HRC did forward all emails to the DOJ before wiping them from the Server. Wiping the Server was prudent since the question did arise that the Server might be unsecure. So she was advised to forward everything to the DOJ for transparency and to wipe the Server for security reason.

Being currently a Government Employee after being in the Private Sector, I will take a Private Email server over a Government Email Server on any given day.

There was no FBI raid on her home or lawyers home and office to secure evidence. the infomation on the server was later wiped clean (no, not with a cloth). Was evidence destroyed? we may never know the full truth in part because there was no FBI raid for this. Strange how there seems to be defferent standards for what is deserving of an FBI raid…🤔

pointing out that other people in similar situations were not treated the same by the authorities is revelant to the subject. you may not like that the double standard is being pointed out but calling it out as simply avoiding discussion of the subject of this thread is laughable. If i wanted to avoid the discussion i would not have posted to begin with. you will probably come back with something about “whataboutism” but i firmly reject that. Justice is supposed to be blind but when it is not, when it treats parties differntly , it is a valid point to bring up.

no, she did not. she handed over what she and her legal team deemed relevant and deleted the remaining 30000 or some such amount of email.

Did she? How would they know? Couldn’t they just have asked Cohen for whatever documents he has relating to whatever non crime he is accused of committing? But no. The jackboots came in with a surprise raid.

Wiping the server was destruction of evidence of the crime of keeping sensitive emails. Hillary definitely committed a crime and admitted to such. But she got a pass. Must be nice.
 
With all due respect to Judge Napolitano, lawyers do it all the time. Do you really think, e.g., law firms that spend a hundred thousand dollars or more for experts in big liability cases get that money from their clients as they go?

No they don’t. They advance it for their clients. If the suit is successful, they get repaid from the proceeds. If it’s unsuccessful, they never get repaid.

Those are the ones she admitted to. Nobody knows how many were on the destroyed hard drives.

There is no doubt whatever that she destroyed hard drives she used while Secretary of State. That’s no conspiracy theory. That’s just a fact. Now, some might suspect those hard drives contained information that would have been trouble for her had they not been destroyed. That’s pretty much the only logical conclusion.

Now, what COULD be properly called a “conspiracy theory” would be speculation as to their exact content.

HRC gets to decide what evidence to turn over and destroy the rest. And her husband gets to meet privately with the attorney general. And her charity slush fund which solicited money from foreign governments never even gets looked at. Meanwhile Trump’s attorney’s office is raided over a private, personal non disclosure agreement. It’s ridiculous.
