I’ve mired back through this whole thread, I am gonna summarize and try one more time to get simple answers to simple questions…**

Here are some of my points I’ve made, after reading through this it would be nice if opposers** took parts of the specific fatima message** to dispel parts from scripture, if its not possible just say “Sacred Tradition”

To the best of my knowledge "Fatima " did not confess Jesus Christ as comming in the flesh so I therefore assume "fatima "
is a deceiver and an antichrist.

2This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come
in the flesh is from God, 3but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God.
This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

Wow that is a very presumptious interpretation of what I said.

What I actually meant was that The Church has many enemies. Some ‘hit and run’ as we often see in this forum, others [like CS Lewis’ Screwtape letters characters] are a lot more subtle.

It is the old enemy who is working against the Church *, if he can attack the Church he scores ‘once’. If he can get us to argue among ourselves, get heated and frustrated then he scores twice.

We must not let this happen by being charitable towards each other, which is not always the case in this particular thread.

I KNOW Housemartin is our brother. 👍*

What is the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary? It is the Triumph of her Son. That is her only desire, that Jesus, the God of the Universe made man, be worshipped as He should be. Mary surrendered her will totally to God, and if we imitate her we will do the same.

“Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it done to me according to thy word.” Mary chose obedience and submission to God’s Will. That is she want for us because she knows that is the way to bring about the Triumphal Reign of Christ the King “…on earth as in heaven…”

That is what Fatima tells me. Satanic deception? 😛 Not a chance!

Seeing I am an extremely far right moral issues, the bible says what the bible means kinda guy it just sounded like something I was in opposition to.

Abortifacients are those chemicals or devices which cause abortions. An example would be the birth control pill.

If so, you can self-proclaim superiority and rightiousness. Now all that’s left is to win theological superiority over the thousands of other denominations’ school of thought.

Anyway, I took a look at your original question and I must admit I don’t spend a lot of time studying Mary’s apparitions. Your original quote, taken alone at face value, should be troubling to anyone.

Although I’m sure your comment will be taken out of context, I don’t, (take it out of context) suffice to say that I don’t consider myfavouritemartin my enemy, he’s Christian after-all, we just don’t sing from the same hymn sheet.

He clarified himself
 
If, as Our Lord tells us, “Thus you will know them by their fruits.” (Matthew 7:20) then I don’t see how the Marian apparitions at Fatima, (or any that the church has approved) can be said to have been from the devil, since the message is one of repentance, holy living, and faith in and devotion to Christ.

Would the devil bring a message that works against his own aims?
Our Lord spoke of this in the 3rd chapter of the Gospel of Mark.
23: And he called them to him, and said to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan?
24: If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25: And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.
26: And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end.
27: But no one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man; then indeed he may plunder his house.
28: “Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;
29: but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin” –

The Lord also dealt with this in Luke 11.
16: while others, to test him, sought from him a sign from heaven.
17: But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, "Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and a divided household falls.
18: And if Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Be-el’zebul.
19: And if I cast out demons by Be-el’zebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges.
20: But if it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

From the context of these passages and the clear fruits of righteousness and loving devotion the Our Lord that have resulted from this and the other approved appparitions I would have to conclude three things.


  1. *]Mary’s message has never changed. “Do whatever he tells you” (John 2:5)
    *]The fruits are good therefore the tree is also good.
    *]It may be unwise for those skeptics to make an allegation that these are of the devil.
