The kids already know what it is. What they may not know is what can happen if you don’t do it in a safe manner. That is why they teach about it.

It (should) go without saying, there is absolutely no good reason to vote for a ProCoice candidate when there is a ProLife candidate on the ticket if one truly proclaims to be Christian.

Jesus Christ My Lord And My God Have Mercy On Us Sinners

Oh please. Teenagers have been having sex since the beginning of time.
Oh Please…

And PP - Brings that to the next level

And You conveniently forgot to mention how Planned Parenthood (Oxymoron, eh?)
is responsible for $upporting million of Murders of Babes in the Womb…

Here’s an analogy:

I got married too young, and was utterly unprepared for it. So I killed my wife.
Now I’m remarried, well-employed, and we are a happy.

Same logic.

If woman isn’t ready or able to have a baby than just don’t have sex. That’s called being responsible. The excuse of “who’s going to care for the unwanted babies” is a red herring. Murder is murder.

Sounds logical. But it’s not. Because that’s not the way life is. That is a distorted view.
How is this view distorted? It sounds logical because it us logical. We all know where babies come from.

I think what (s)he’s saying is that it is not reasonable in this day and age to expect people to act responsibly when it comes to sex.
Yet it is logical to expect people to take responsibility for their actions when they choose to be irresponsible. But, yes, I expect that was what she meant.

Yes, and most adults understand how the human sex drive works. It isn’t as nice and tidy as many here like to believe.

Me too - Card is one of my favorite authors. Sorry for the tangent, but it’s a rare Catholic that loves the genre! Perhaps I’l change mine to Demosthenes one day🤔

Donald Trump says abortion is murder.
Where is the doubt that this is true? The only argument against this is that a fetus isn’t a human being, or isn’t a “person”, where the definition of those terms arbitrarily excludes the unborn. It is in no significant way different than when Indians were considered less than human, or blacks were defined as property. It is true solely because there are people who benefit from defining it as true.
But he doesn’t want the death penalty for women who commit abortion.
Although there is no more moral justification for killing a child conceived from rape, that has always been permitted. It is a practical compromise. There is no way to enact a law that forbids it, and insisting on such a restriction would doom virtually any bill that included it. Legislators deal with what is possible politically. The same is true of treating as murderers women who procure an abortion. Whatever moral argument could be made becomes irrelevant in light of the fact that it could never become law.
So is it wrong to have the death penalty, or is abortion not murder?
Abortion is murder, and it is not wrong to have the death penalty.
