I like Andy Reid. He gave Eagles fans a lot of exciting football during his 14 seasons in Philly, but his record was a frustrating 1-4 when it came down to winning conference championship games. His only win lead to the eventual Super Bowl loss to the Patriots back in the 2004-05 season. (24-21)
Now in his 7th season with the Chiefs, he is 0-1 after losing to the Patriots in the conference championship game last season.
This year is yet another opportunity to get the monkey off his back when they host the Titans on Sunday. He has arguably one of the best (if not the best) QBs in the game now. But the problem is it doesnāt look good for the Chiefs on paper. Theyāve already lost to the Titans during the regular season, and the fact that the KC defense is one of the worst run defenses in the league does not match well against a team that thrives playing old school power football with Derek Henry.
So it boils down to this: can the Chiefs light up the scoreboard enough to get it done, or will the Titans trample yet another top team on their way to the Super Bowlā¦
