Sorry for the delay ā€“ Been a busy week storing away all my duck stuff with my other flash in the pan sports memorabilia

Predictions for the SB are all over the place at this stage. Even for WCW, the only thing the talking heads seem to agree on is that the Saints will beat the Vikings.

YES!!! That was beautiful. Especially BB getting upset with Vrabelā€™s clock management. šŸ¤£

Sorry Cajun!

Itā€™s not that I do t think the Vikings are good, but I didnā€™t think they are THAT good. Today was just their day.

Tough loss. But I am still a Saints fan! Who Dat? Vikings today. But weā€™ll get em in 2020! Geaux Saints!

I guess you can say it was an appropriate ending for the Eagles after another season of devastating injuriesā€¦

Good luck to the remaining teams!

The Eagles made the playoffs with mostly a different team than they started the season with. I think they did well. With so many injuries itā€™s too difficult in the NFL.

He did try his best. No doubts about that. He was playing injured himself.

Hopefully, the Saints sign Drew to a new two-year deal. He deserves one or two more shots at winning a Super Bowl.

Is he up to it physically? Honest questionā€”I donā€™t follow the Saints closely.

Only Drew knows. But in light of the way the last three seasons have ended for the Saints, I believe he wants to go out on a positive note. If that is the Super Bowl, terrific, but even if that does not happy, he wants to go out on a positive performance in a playoff game.

Iā€™m a Denver fan and painfully watched John Elway, with failing knees and back issues, play his heart out to end on a high note. Heā€™s still quite active in the Denver area and itā€™s almost pitiful at times to see him rising out of a chair or walking. Does he now think it was worth it? I have no idea but if Drew is weighing his options, Iā€™d hope he would have a good heart to heart with Johnā€¦and then decide. Those final two years can be brutal as they know itā€™s their last but also put their all into itā€¦and body be dammed.

Which is really why I asked the question. At 41, a football player may be looking at the end of his career but itā€™s far from the end of his life.
