I have a co-worker who is going through some life struggles that are causing him to be depressed. He was raised Catholic, but has long since fallen away from the faith. It might be a very good time for me to witness to him and help bring him back to the Catholic faith this time in his life. God may be calling me to be His instrument!

Thank you prayer warriors

Yes, be the instrument of God’s will! I will be praying for you and him!

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

God Bless
In Jesus through Mary

I have placed your petitions within my heart and will carry them with me to Mass and I will remember your petitions for your co-worker in my daily prayers.

Will keep your co-worker in prayer and that The Holy Spirit will guide and inspire you…May God’s Will forever be done…Amen.

Fallen away means fallen into the pit of retained sin. The weight of sin will lead to his destruction, which is now made manifest-all that remains is his realization of that fact. The Lord God, in His Divine Mercy, will never assign more burden than one can carry. He will, however, allow a sinner to overload himself, leading to an admission of weakness and a plea for the Lord’s mercy and compassion. You can help to restore his hope by telling him of the wonderful relief from the burden of sin that reconciliation is. A Sacrament instituted by Christ Himself, who knew exactly what the heart of man needed, can lift the heart of your co-worker. Your patient and faith-filled example will do more than any words you could ever speak.

Merciful Lord, You sacrificed Your Beloved Son for the sake of sinners. Look with Divine Mercy upon the co-worker, and let spangler1982’s loving example speak to the man’s heart, gently calling him back to You, O Lord. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever, Amen.

Hey,

Your prayers are working, guys! Yesterday, he asked me to get him a church bulletin!!! 👍

Not only that, but he’s been asking about our young adult group!!

Praise God in Heaven! He, in His Divine mercy, is calling all men to His son, as Christ Himself promised us.

Merciful Lord of all, grant a desiring in the heart of Spangler’s co-worker, a void which can only be filled by a return to our Lord Jesus Christ. May the seeking heart return with gladness to faith, and receive Your Eternal Fatherly love, in the manner of the prodigal son. I ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.

Maybe invite him to mass. I’ll be praying for your coworker.

In Christ,

Praise God! I am praying also.

Praying for him to return home. May Our Lord Jesus, blessed Mother and Joseph show him the way which is the only way.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen
