Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me Amen

Thank you for your prayers which are helping Mother. She still has odd moments of frustration, but overall she has been calmer. The other day she got a little upset and said she was sorry for being cross, that she knew it upset me, which is why she told me to be careful cycling home as she didn’t want me to fall. This is amazing from a person so severely brain damaged that she not only forgets who she is but also whether she ate 5 minutes ago.

Thank you all so very much for your prayers. I can’t express my gratitude enough.
