After participating in a Bible Study on ACTs the first time, I saw how Paul would talk to the Jews about what their own scriptures taught… like how one day a man would come who would suffer, would die, and would rise again! They all understood that “history” of what they were hoping for.
Then he would introduce Jesus, and how Jesus fit all those hopes.
Perhaps we should think about the same approach… how the early Church operated, what was expected of the early Christians/Catholics, how they worshipped, what the early Saints believed… And then ask them were they could find that same Church today.
