Who needs 25 years of legal concealed carry data from Florida (and 40+ years from places like Washington) when we can just rely on Bob’s common sense?
If you were a vigilante, wouldn’t you? And my screen name is Robert, not Bob.

They never come on time, they should tell you, honestly, “We probably won’t make it in time” 😛 Then its sort of like Forest Gump stated, you never know which Chocolate you’ll get in the box when they do arrive.

You see how 4-minutes can be eternity? If they are at Dunkin Donut your on your own, Gods hands.
That is what my cop friend has told me.

He won’t be there if something happens. Yes, they will come as so as they can, but even a 5 minute response time will feel like an eternity.

As many say why bother having them then if they won’t be there ever if something happens?

…and driving around in an open pope-mobile, and insisting that he shake hands with ordinary people. Again, I would say that he is neither worried or paranoid.
I love the new Pope as he is neither worried nor paranoid but a humble servant of God.
He entrusts his life to the Lord.

I don’t think NW personnel should have weapons ;not a good plan. We’ve seen the horror of that.

We really need to adhere to left wing definitions when having a discussion like this.

Vigilante :white man shoots a black man

: black man shoots a black man
Hard Left claims prudential matter as binding moral teaching .

Because they are pretty good at cleaning up after the crime. They take witness statements and they can investigate. But all of that will happen after the crime takes place.

The police are not required to protect you from crime.

Stop interjecting logic into an ideology.
We’ll have it your way. I claim that CCW laws contribute to widespread regular shoot-outs. States that have CCW laws look like “The Wild West”.

😉

Who said that all vigilantes would not call the police?
No one; if the police don’t come fast enough vigilantes take matters into their own hands.

That’s the problem with vigilantes; they don’t follow rules.

Mary.

Because, by definition, a vigilante takes the law into their own hands.
any person who takes the law into his or her own hands, as by avenging a crime.
dictionary.reference.com/browse/vigilante

Police are our primary law enforcement, and the first step in our criminal justice system. Why would one need the police or the cirminal law system if he is a vigilante?? They act as police, and judge.

We know the police are not required to protect us from crime thus the high crime rate.
Many stats show crime is less in concealed weapons states. The citizens pick up the slack but it’s at a cost of innocent lives unfortunately.

Maybe citizens could do a better job than the police department. Like a volunteer fire department, a volunteer “cleaning up after the crime” department.

It would be less expensive by far.
I’m all for it myself.

Then we can have an armed society and a citizen’s response team.

How many legal gun owners “cost innocent lives”?
