Heathen Dawn:
It never happened, bub. Educate yourself about the true story here.
Lets see I chose to believe what God says or what some man/woman says.hmmmmmmmmmm hard choice.šŸ˜ƒ
Hmmm, OK. Better that than be like Abraham, who was willing to murder his son just because God told him to do it.
Abraham believed that God was fully able to raise Issiac and fulfill His promise.
And I donā€™t believe those things.
You dont think that the God of Isreal and Jesus are no different than other gods?

šŸ˜ƒ
Nope nope. Christianity is exactly like another religion in this respect: Islam. Islam too says thereā€™s only one God, only one way and only one means of salvation. And Islam has it that you are going to end up in hell.
One cant believe in Christianity and that other religions are also trueā€”they are exclusive
It is a lie that all non-Christians end up in hell. Itā€™s a lie and a blasphemous one at that. Youā€™ll see Iā€™m right in the end.
I didnt say that

Xavier:
The original sin is that we humans want to be as God and decide for ourselves what is right and what is wrong rather than obey God.
We were created with free will. If we were not meant to determine between right and wrong, we would not have been given free will. While I am not trying to ā€œbeā€ God, we were created in his/her image in the sense that as God is supposed to be logical and reasonable, humans are supposed to be able to use logic and reason to make decisions.
God is a zealous/jealous God, he made us to be His own.
Alright then, so it is settle that your God is not an *all-*loving God, as that would leave no room for jealousy. The way you describe it almost sounds like an obsessively jealous boyfriend (or girlfriend, husband, wife, etc) that does not want his or her partner associating with anyone of the opposite sex (or in some cases anyone else) because the partner belongs to him or her (or is ā€œhis/her ownā€).
He knows and sees that we creature reject Him and follow after something that will cause us harm
I do not reject the Divine and the God and Goddess I believe in are not causing me harm.
Were Eve and Adam punished? I guess you can say they were. They lost out on all that was given to them because Eve was deceived. God told them the truth when he said you will dieā€”they suffered spiritual death.
I believe there was also women facing the pains of childbirth, Adam needing to work hard to support his family, as well as physical illness and mortality, etc. - things apparently which would have not occurred had they remained in the Garden of Eden.
The lie Eve believed is the lie you have believed.
According the Bible Eve listened to Satan. I do not believe in nor follow Satan, so there is a big difference.
There is a heaven and there is a hell.
There is not a hell if an all-loving creator exists, which is what I believe in.
