UPDATE

Father Allard successfully concelebrated the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass on Sunday, December 27/09 and Tuesday December 29/09 , and several hours ago successfully concelebrated the Mass of the eve of the Solemnity of Mary The Mother of God today - Dec. 31/09 .

It has been a little tougher than usual for him because his electronic wheelchair broke down about 8 days ago (was supposed to be repaired by last Monday…:tsktsk: but repairmen take holidays too ) . It’s the only real freedom he has - to move around a little … very tough with hardly any voice to try and tell others where you want to go.

Later tonight or early tomorrow I’ll begin preparing something that earlier I wasn’t so sure I would be preparing - Father Allard’s Mass Register for the year 2010…👍

God bless everyone and we thank you dear Lord Jesus for becoming one of us in order to redeem us and for sharing your Sweet Mother with us.

Your stories bring back very fond memories when I took care of my father. I am very pleased and grateful, for all the little things done with the motive of love, for Almighty God and for Fr. Allard. He is worth it.

May the Virgin Mary turn all His sorrows into joy.
