Does anybody else see a hint of racism in what Father Pfleger is doing, imitating what he perceives as how Black preachers preach? It’s like white rappers trying to sound black. It makes a mockery of the sacred liturgy as well.
I think Father Pfleger is a racist. He certainly showed it in his mockery of Hillary Clinton in 2008, and putting down all whites in that “speech” when he said that “she wasn’t the only one crying, there were a whole lot of white people crying.” Totally racist.
Also, if you go to his church’s website, he has an article there entitled, “AS THE MARKET RECOVERS, PLAYING FIELD LOOKS THE SAME AND IS STILL UNEQUAL.” He ends the article with this statement: “It’s 2010 but the same old story, white men rule!” If that statement isn’t meant to cause racial divide, I don’t know what it is.
