And the SEIU in St. Louis do not have that great of a reputation. This is blatantly false. Employers cannot bend/break keep unions out of the work place. We have people who secretly work for the SEIU routinely applying for jobs here then start trying to organize the work place. They tell them all sorts of lies, like they’ll get health benefits and higher wages. TOTALLY NOT TRUE. They are allowed to lie with impunity. They get college girls in short-shorts and tank tops to go to the work place and hand out forms. They TRESPASS. EFCA bypasses the secret ballot and allows a union to automatically be formed when over 50% of employees simply sign the form. They may not even know what is on the form. Most of our employees are functionally illiterate.
The union is a business, a poorly managed business. It’s losing members, therefore losing union dues. They use terrorist tactics to get what they want. I have no respect for them.
I didn’t realize there were so many fellow St. Louisans on the boards.
