They didnât have to and they may not have the type of evidence needed to prove racial profiling in a court of law. If the girlfriend or her mother had called someone, anyone, Martin wouldnât have been a John Doe. The proof that she didnât call Martinâs parents is that they didnât know anything about their son until morning.
