Angel,It can’t lead to vocations to the priesthood, but it may lead to vocations to religious life.
Altar Service leads to vocations because it assists in the task of the priest; the altar boy is, in a sense, getting an upclose look at what it means to be a priest at Mass.
The charism of women religious is radically different. For a girl to experience an up close look at what her life would be as a religious would require service in a different form.
For the mendicant orders, a girl should look at serving the poor of her community
For the teaching orders, a girl should look at assisting at parish catechism classes (for example)
For the medical orders, a girl should look at helping out a local hospital or nursing home
For the contempletive orders, a girl should look at spending time in adoration.
Those are the equivelent tasks for women (and male) religious. If you or your parish is looking to increase vocations to womens religious life, THOSE are the activities that have been seen to increase those vocations.
