You don’t really have to speak ill of your Catholic brethren – there are plenty enough non-Catholics who will do that FOR you! I’m even familiar with some who would speak ill of their Lutheran, Baptist, Methodist, etc, brethren.Thank you! This is nice to hear. My sister’s Baptist minister said Catholics are not Christians and must be converted. Which is why he re-baptized my sister and Dad when they both left the Catholic Church
I’m not sure I’ve ever heard a “Happy Remembrance Day”. I imagine I would either laugh, or smile uncomfortably at anyone who said that.Probably for the same strange reason people say “Happy Memorial Day,” or “Happy Remembrance Day.”

I recall some people in my charismatic prayer group (not that I’m currently charismatic, this was in grad school in the late 90s) found it odd that I would wish them a Happy Lent.
