Makes me want the bumper sticker that states:
No one knows when the End Times will occur.
I think it is quite possible that he will be looking for a new line of work in June, 2011.
Or recalculating his predictions, forgot to factor in daylight savings time, leap year, when the moon is in the Seventh House, and Jupiter aligns with Mars… ooops giving away my age now.I think it is quite possible that he will be looking for a new line of work in June, 2011.
He’s made such predictions in the past and it hasn’t stopped him yet. He just reworks his calculations.I think it is quite possible that he will be looking for a new line of work in June, 2011.
Mr. Camping is so silly with this statement. That statement shows that he does not understand the Bible. Jesus said that No One, not even He (Jesus) knows the date or the time, but only Our Heavenly Father. I think if Mr. Camping gave it just a little bit of critical thinking he’d realize that by him claiming that He knows something that not even Jesus Christ knows, he is claiming to be Greater than Jesus Our Lord and Our God. That’s silly.
thats because he has no belief in the world to come. he just wants to make a living selling books about it.He’s made such predictions in the past and it hasn’t stopped him yet. He just reworks his calculations.
why would you find the world coming to an end frightful? i think the phrase end of the world, has such a negative conotation. the bible never says the end of the world. on the contrary, it talks about all things being made new, at his return. shouldnt this fill you with hope? and if you die before then, no problem. you get ressurected in a glorified body. provided you died in the friendship of God. my only question is…will they have pizza? i really cant live without pizza. i love it. oh, and pit bulls. i really hope they have pit bulls in the world to come. love em.In the summer of 1994, I looked at Harold Camping’s books “1994” and “Are You Ready?”, I felt scared that the world would end that year. Now, here I am with this Family Radio prediction that May 21st, 2011 will be the end of the world. I feel scared every time I hear about this “end of the world” prediction by Mr. Camping. I used to listen to Family Radio; now I can’t stand it!
By the way, I wonder how Family Radio spent its “last Christmas on Earth” yesterday.
Harold Camping has billboards all over our area proclaiming Jesus will Come Again on May 21, 2011. Billboards are very expensive advertising, so he must be making a bunch of money off of this prediction.
Harold Camping appears to be a man who makes it up as he goes. If he is still alive after May 21 2011 (I say that because of his age) I imagine he'll act no differently then a man who made a prediction about the Super Bowl and got it wrong. But if the world ends on 5/21/11, I’ll never turn 60! (OTOH my friend Tim will miss out on his ordination as a UU minister, which is scheduled for the 22nd…)Now, here I am with this Family Radio prediction that May 21st, 2011 will be the end of the world.
harold must be wrong. the army has not issued any warnos to me concerning this event. therefore it must be called, rumor and speculation. if i dont hear it from my sergeant, then it aint true!i do however, thank harold camping for SHARING!!! lol!
