I think it has more to do with the election of the most pro-abortion President in history and the party of death taking control of congress.
Hahahahaha Yeah man that would be cool. If im going to die for christ i would love to go out in the most painful and hardcore way.Frankly I look forward to being killed for my faith I hope its real old school like being skinned and set on fire or crucified! that would be so cool!!!
The article mentions the number of incidences classified as hate crimes by the FBI. Here are the hate crime data collection guidelines of the FBI: fbi.gov/ucr/hatecrime.pdfDefine “hate crime”. Have Catholics been killed as a result of Prop. 8? Have they lost their jobs because they are Catholic? Have they been denied homes because they are Catholic? I don’t see anything in the article which details what those hate crimes are that have been perpetrated against Catholics.
Robert, did I express any kind of doubt in my post? Before I respond to YOUR comment, answer that question for me.The article mentions the number of incidences classified as hate crimes by the FBI. Here are the hate crime data collection guidelines of the FBI: fbi.gov/ucr/hatecrime.pdf
Are you doubting the FBI’s methods or their conclusions?
Then, I guess I will ignore the other questions you just asked.Never mind. I neither have the time nor interest in waiting around for you to answer.
No…that’s why I asked the question. I didn’t accuse you of anything.Robert, did I express any kind of doubt in my post? Before I respond to YOUR comment, answer that question for me.
It looks like those are reports on “Anti-Catholicism” - not “hate crimes.” They may be interesting reading, but they aren’t the “hate crimes” referenced in the article. Here is a list by year of reported hate crimes according to the Catholic League

You are right…I am sorryIt looks like those are reports on “Anti-Catholicism” - not “hate crimes.” They may be interesting reading, but they aren’t the “hate crimes” referenced in the article.
So…there were 75 of those types of crimes in 2008 motivated by anti-Catholic bias. The law enforcement agencies that voluntarily participate in the Hate Crime Statistics Program collect details about an offender’s bias motivation associated with 11 offense types already being reported to the UCR Program: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, aggravated assault, simple assault, and intimidation (crimes against persons); and robbery, burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, arson, and destruction/damage/vandalism (crimes against property).
Which is 75 too many.I can’t find the breakdown of the exact crimes against Catholics, but here are the types of crimes included in the FBI numbers:

Ourfaith was started by a guy who was tortured to death, and all but one of his apostles were murdered then they started in on all of his followers. this continues to this very day. I am so sick of hearing about gays complaining about discrimantion. Christians are the most persecuted group on the planet but you don’t hear us complaning do you? when was the last time you heard a christian whine and complain about christans being fed to the lions? All crimes are hate crimes if you kill someone it is becuse of hatred in the heart regardless of who the murder victim is. That is why I think the idea of some crimes being hate crimes and others not based of who a person is is just plain stupid. If a jew kills another jew it is not a hate crime even though the killer had hate in his heart. if white anglo-saxon kills a jew it is a hate crime. You can see why claims of Catholics being victimised by gays ring just a little bit hollow, and why the claims that gays don’t need hate crimes protection - but Catholics do - tend to meet with outrage by the GLBs.
