IMHO, it should be the same whether a husband murders his wife, or a wife murders her husband, or if a mother murders her child. It is murder in all cases. The fact that the wife is not forced to murder her husband, or the husband is not forced to murder the wife, or the mother is not forced to murder her children should not be relevant. I don’t see where the lack of coercion aspect should be a factor, However, in the case of coercion and someone forces you to pull the trigger, then yes that should be taken into account. You are not completely culpable if someone forces you to commit an action. So, what penalty would you propose for an illegal act of intentional murder?
Hillary demands that Catholics and others change their religious beliefs and allow mothers to murder their (unborn) children. I don’t think that Catholics should be forced into changing their religious beliefs and permit murder in order to please Hillary or Bill.
