Of course, I’m speaking for myself. Who else could I possibly speak for?Endears her?..speak for yourself. It doesn’t sound like the majority in her party find her endearing.Tolerate is probably a more accurate term![]()
I know it’s a popular soundbite this election to say Hillary’s supporters are less than enthusiastic, but that’s simply not true. I will agree that most of us are a little older than the average Sanders’ supporter, so maybe we just seem less enlivened!
People who support Hillary (who at this point in time has earned 2.5 million more votes than Sanders) have supported her for years and through thick and thin. We understand that she is not perfect and that she has made mistakes, but we admire her ability to get back on the horse and keep trying to serve our country. We trust her. We are humbled not only by her intellect, but also by her compassion and her workhorse ethic.
We may not be as vocal as you’d like, but our loyalty is deep. You’ll see that loyalty clearly in November, though I suspect at that point in time, Conservatives will already be chalking her victory up to the troubles that have plagued a deeply fractured Republican Party for a number of years now.
