It’s about time we pressured Mexico to do something.
Just reporting news,Cruciferi.
In our news,Infobae, México has already started pricessing 640 refugee requests.
Also has worked with other leaders asking for order at the frontier. Their police are unarmed, and a few have been hurt.
According to Honduras President only half the caravan will be arriving to the US.

Nope. That’s basically permitting open borders and caving to marauding hordes.
What leads to call a group of people you have never met “marauders?”
Has anyone thought about the money that has been provided to pull this off - right before an important election? … Scoffers can scoff but the name George Soros is at the top,…
So,… George Soros is paying Hondurans to leave their home and embark on a perilous journey? And the Hondurans making the trip have all kept this a secret? That is some amazing self control!

they are now gassing people
No, “gassing people” is what the Nazis did in the concentration camps to kill people. The use of riot control agents is a generally accepted non-lethal technique.

Why are the refugees leaving?
This exodus comes at a time of extraordinary tensions even for Honduras, a country still reeling from the effects of a coup d’état in 2009. A highly contested presidential election in November drew thousands of demonstrators to the streets, where at least 22 protesters and bystanders were killed, most of them bysecurity forces.

Plenty of reading on this.

Your concerns about American military and political intervention are well founded. It has been an ongoing problem in Latin America. Even more could be said for the disruptive influence in the Middle East. However, bringing the problem to the United States does not resolve the problem it just spreads a problem like a virus. In Europe (particularly western Europe)is full of evidence of the problems created by opening the doors to anyone and everyone. It doesn’t work.

The first step needs to be to for America to cease unnecessary political and military intervention and drop the whole globalist mindset. The needy people around the world do need our help, but the problem needs to be fixed there, not here. Be charity minded to help them financially and be involved in establishing trade and interchange of legally marketable goods and look for ways to help make themselves self-sufficient and build their economy. Help them to help themselves, not make “puppet governments”.

There must be a vetting process to assure those entering the country do so legally and they who enter do not have criminal record, or are dangerous and they will offer something to that results in a viable productive future as well as will help our nation .

Unfortunately, no matter how it is portrayed a large percentage of the people coming here are not starving children or those that want to be a productive citizen.

Who knows who is behind this. I read they were taking buses and not just walking. Someone is behind it if so. I also saw this picture that purports to be them stopping for a photo op.

If this below is true then this is definitely a hostile force that needs to be dealt with appropriately as enemies of the US. Of course that must be what whoever is behind this wants.

It is to a horde marching towards your country burning your flag. What do you think a normal reaction is to such a group?

It could be all the fighting age men and carrying a national flag rushing at another country’s border…
I heard one man interviewed and he said he was deported last year… left a girl baby and wanted to get back to see her. I thought that made sense. Then I thought about him being deported–only reason deported was committed felony plus entering country illegally???

Riot control gas, or tear gas, are chemical compounds that make people unable to function by causing irritation to the eyes, mouth, throat, lungs, and skin. The most common compounds are known as chloroacetophenone (CN) and chlorobenzylidenemalononitrile (CS).
Children exposed to tear gas generally have the following problems:
  • Eyes: excessive tearing, burning, blurred vision, redness
  • Nose: runny nose, burning, swelling
  • Mouth: burning, irritation, difficulty swallowing, drooling
  • Lungs: chest tightness, coughing, choking sensation, noisy breathing (wheezing), shortness of breath
  • Skin: burns, rash
  • Other: nausea and vomiting
In some cases tear gas can cause:
  • Blindness
  • Glaucoma (a serious eye condition that can lead to blindness)
  • Immediate death due to severe chemical burns to the throat and lungs
  • Respiratory failure possibly resulting in death.
When a Christian sees a child who is starving or hungry and is pleading for a bite to eat, I don’t think it is the Christian thing to do to gas that child. In fact, the corporal works of mercy include:
  • To feed the hungry.
  • To give water to the thirsty.
I don’t see where Jesus advocated gassing children who are hungry or who are thirsty.
You obviously have no realistic understanding of the situation and it’s consequences.
I understand the corporal works of mercy and the love that Jesus has for all children, regardless of how disadvantaged they may be.

The timing of this is all very suspicious to me and yes, if they are taking buses, someone is organizing this.
Genuine refugees need to apply for asylum through our port of entry, right?

My understanding is that refugees are required to apply for asylum in the first country they arrive in, not whichever offers the best compensations.

  1. “Gassing” is not the same as using a riot control agent.
  2. They aren’t asking for food, they are demanding access to another country, in violation of its laws.

It ain’t a Children’s Migrant Caravan. There are adults who’re misbehaving and they need to tone it down. You can quote the Corporal Works of Mercy and cry “Oh, But the children!” all day long. In the end, your argument doesn’t make sense and your platitudes are getting repetitive.
