Here’s a thought-- anyone who wants illegals to have carte blanche admission to the US should have to take total financial and legal responsibility for one or more illegals. Room and board, education, health care, transportation, and any further criminal activity on US soil. Total responsibility. I’m sure all the bleeding heart leftists will volunteer, right?

No. They want the government to deal with it. Because the left is all about BIG government, and paying for their Marxist dystopia with other people’s money.

I have. I’m asking why we shouldn’t change that if committing a (any) crime is so dangerous someone needs to be barred from the country.

Interesting that halal meat is such a problem for “Western” societies but people don’t act like kosher meat is going to bring down civilization.

I do have to go now but there is a big difference in how the animals are slaughtered between kosher and halal.

My dad was Sicilian, and I’m pretty sure the method he used for lamb (and goat) was very similar.

“Sgozzare” is the term.

I can post pictures if you like. I’ve got to digitize them first.
 
My pictures are from the 1970’s and pretty grainy. Not very explicit. I think some might be in black and white.

But the method was the same or very similar.
 
Sgozzare means to slaughter by cutting the throat.

Well we know that won’t happen. They won’t even take care of the local people in their community who are homeless or need to escape their current living situation. They don’t open their doors and wallets to them so we know the real position. I don’t criticize them for not doing so, but I guess I need to start to be fair.

I thought that the slaughtering was the same,. The only difference was with the prayers. What is the big difference in how the animals are slaughered?

One, I have sponsored refugees into this country. And I will happily do so again.

Two, my wife, the mother of my children, is an immigrant.

Three, my grandparents were immigrants.

Four, so what? I don’t care.
