How can people say homosexuality doesn't hurt anyone

How can people say homosexuality doesn’t hurt anyone, when it does damage to society by spreading disease? In fact any type of sexual activity outside of committed marriages causes harm by spreading disease. Does anyone have any insight?

It’s sex.
Heterosexuality can spread diseases, too.

So it’s not homosexuality, as you say, that “hurts” people.

I thought we had already agreed it was being Catholic that causes the harm because some Catholics have sex outside of marriage and some of these sex acts are homosexual. Well, at least I assume we agree on this since you haven’t bothered to actually refute my claim.

That is true, Lou…but statistics provided by the CDC show that sexual disease is more prevalent (rampant, actually) among men who have sex with men than heterosexual men.
The incidence of STD’s among heterosexual men is so small compared to homosexual men that can’t be reasonably considered.

Homosexual activity is much more a danger to society than normal sexual activity.

They don’t. But perhaps you could focus on the two wrongs, instead of just one and saying the other is irrelevant.

But one is irrelevant and one is an epidemic. They are not equal.

And you don’t think that the spread of disease within the heterosexual community harms society. Wow.

Homosexuality is also defined as having an attraction towards people of the same gender. This is not the same as having sex.

As to your remark about lesbians, what do you want me to say? A lesbian is attracted to other females AKA the same gender, making them homosexual.
