I lead my wife. though I cant force her to believe as I do but she listens to me on spiritual matters.]
In many ways, being nondenominational spiritually, is like being an independent politically; you are not tied to a particular religious group! Because you are not Mormon, catholic, Jewish, Hindu, etc., you are “labeled” as a Protestant! Nondenominational Christians do not seem to have as many disagreements about doctrinal issues, rather worshpping, serving and following Christ! What does unequally yoked mean to you? Does it mean a Christian being married to a non believer, or two Christians of different faiths being married? If my wife and I were of differing faiths, but were Christians, I would not expect her to convert to my way of thinking, and would like to believe that she would extend the same coutesy to me! Maybe some other nondenoms could weigh in on this issue!
