We were still having 90s in early October, so the cool down is nice (It is autumn here, sometimes I have to remind myself that not everyone here is American).
Yeah, it’s the humidity. People who don’t live in humid conditions don’t quite realize what exactly that means. I’d rather have wind chill than humidity any day.
It snowed yesterday! I am always excited by the first snow of the season. (Though by March I’m pretty tired of it.) It is so cozy to sit inside and watch it fall. It snowed half the day but then turned to rain. That’s for the best since we still have a lot of leaves on the trees and need to get them raked before the ground is covered by snow. A lot of leaves came down yesterday.
On one hand, I pray for the people (and animals) in bad weather conditions.
On the other, I thank the Lord He created beautiful snow.
What scary is learning Kentucky is becoming more part of tornado alley. My heart sank when I saw a tornado touch down in my town for the first time for me.
Other than that, you have hot weather one week, snow the next, maybe some nice thunderstorms after that.
