It’s a great time of year where I live ,Spring.I miss your Autumn though.Is it like last years Indian Summer or going to be colder this year do you reckon?

I live in a subtropical climate, the weather here is insane, to say the least. Right now we’re expecting a tropical storm, so we’ll see what happens after that. I do want to go up to the mountains in a few weeks to see the leaves change, they’re not too far away about 160 km.

Nice evening in Hotlanta.
Went to eat after a wedding rehearsal at a CrackerBarrel. They have a new dish…chicken with a mustard pecan sauce. Was delicious.

I’ve been making a shopping list for replenishing some of my baking spices so that I’ll have them ready in order to do some baking…

I need a fresh stock of spices, like cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg–spices like that.

It’s pumpkin season now and I like to be able to make pumpkin quick bread.
